As Unar and his friends went to the dungeons the weather outside was unusually slowing down. It wasn't at the expected rate, especially for a weather that had been a little too chaotic. It was almost like it was instantly stopping. 

"Is it me or did the rains just stop?" Fahima asked and Ileus looked at her like she was crazy, given the intensity of the weather. But when they looked through the windows in the palace hallways, they could see the same thing.

It was a strange phenomenon, one that held the answer that scared both Ileus and Leroy. However, even then, they hoped that all of this was just speculation. They hoped that the floors and the lightning strikes accord the midlands had just been mother nature doing her work.

But a part of them knew it wasn't.
