Chapitre 6: 6) Plans and Prelude to Date......
Rosalie looked down but she couldn't stop the smile on her lips, it was Alice who spoke out though, "Yes that would be amazing, a double date tomorrow! We can go out to Port Angeles and make it a day, so you have until tomorrow to come up with a Tattoo idea."
That broke Rosalie and Cory out of their own little bubble making them remember that there was someone else in the room, Cory blushed a little being the only one who could. Though Rosalie went to pull away Cory held he giving her a small smile, she was excited and just stayed in his arms since he was willing to let her.
"That sounds like a good idea Alice, you can plan it all if you want." Cory offered he pulled Rosalie close wrapping his arms around her neck, though she did tense a little maybe wondering about her cold skin she calmed down soon enough. "What do you say Rosie Bear, Up for a date with me?" He leaned in his chin resting on her shoulder.
Rosalie shuddered a bit but smiled as bright as the sun, "That sounds like a good plan."
Since Cory had his eyes closed while leaning on her he missed Alice throwing Rosalie a wink who mouth, 'Thank you' the two were no longer holding back from showing their feelings. "Well I think that is all for the dancing today, Esme should be done with the food we should go eat."
Cory rolled his eyes where they couldn't see, it was more like him going to eat while they would watch him. Walking out Rosalie held his hand pulling him towards the kitchen, Emmett and Becky were no longer in the living room but they also weren't in the kitchen when they got there.
Esme was smiling while sitting at the table waiting next to her was Carlisle who gave his fatherly smile, "Hello you must be Cory, I'm Carlisle their father it's nice to meet you."
Cory took his out-stretched hand smiling back, "Nice to meet you too. You guys have wonderful home."
"Thank you, I remember your father Richard. His business was just sold for a good amount right?"
"Yeah that's why we are back he went into an early retirement with the money he made." Cory explained pulling out a seat for Rosalie first before sitting next to her, the rest of lunch was spent with them awkwardly eating the food while Cory tried hard not to laugh.
After lunch Rosalie led him up to her room, they hadn't even started working on their project so they left behind a pouting Alice to go do it. When they made it up to her room Rosalie smiled, "Well this is my room what do you think?"
Their was a giant canopy bed made for a princess in the middle of it, though he was sure she didn't need to sleep. Their were some books on a shelf ranging from different model cars to decorating houses, she also had a giant walk in closet that was full of clothes and what looked like two hundred pairs of shoes.
He didn't answer but turned back to her, looking at her for a moment he moved in and captured her lips she was shocked and slow to respond but eventually did excitedly. Cory couldn't hold it in anymore especially when they were alone together in her room, all week someone was always with them so he never got the chance to do this.
Rosalie was slowly pushing him back to the bed but he flipped her around letting him fall on top of her, they both groaned when they broke apart for a moment but was quick to reconnect. In seconds his shirt was off because she was franticly trying to pull it off of him, grinning down at her he leaned back down taking her lips again.
The next couple of hours was a war to see who could take control both holding back their strength so that they didn't reveal it to the other. Cory wasn't hiding it from her but until she came out with her secret then he wasn't going to reveal his to her, plus his was a little more special than hers anyway.
After all that rolling around he was down to his boxers leaning back into her headboard, she was spread out across him in only a set of pink lace panties and bra. They were comfortably laying there though Rosalie was a little worried about her cold skin Cory hadn't said anything, Cory though didn't feel much difference his skin adapting to hers.
"So that just happened." Cory said with a chuckle.
Rosalie smiled on his chest snuggling closer into him, they didn't want to cross that other line yet until they were really together, "Yeah..... so....."
"Well I don't know about you but I have been wanting to do that since the moment I met you." He admitted running his hand through her hair.
"Well I didn't dislike it." She teased running her hands across his chest and abs, she was honestly super happy that it happen. All week though they were close she also held her self back, she saw signs of him maybe liking her but since he didn't make a move she didn't do anything.
Now though they both let out the frustration they were both holding in even if they didn't take the final step it was almost everything else. Cory chuckled hearing her he knew she was just teasing, the scratch marks on his chest and hickey on his neck told him how much she was into it.
He laughed and rolled on top of her smiling down, "Oh really I think you liked it quite a lot or did I just do these scratches to myself?" kissing along her neck he felt her shudder, but seeing that it was dark out he knew that it was time for him to go. "Well it looks like it is time for me to go, maybe sometime this week we can actually work on the project."
She pouted but also knew that he it was time for him to go, "Well at least we will see each other tomorrow." She rolled out of bed and grabbed his clothes, after watching him put on his pants she helped him put on his shirt like a good wife.
"Yup, call me later and maybe you can help me decide on the tattoo I will be getting tomorrow." He said kissing her on the lips again while helping her get dressed.
When they were both fully dressed they went downstairs to a smiling Alice who looked between the two of them knowingly, "Are you leaving?"
"Yeah it's about time I got home it's getting late." He said going in and giving her a hug, she hugged him tightly back Jasper gave him a fist bump and a smile. He was happy to see that Cory was treating her like a true best friend most people didn't get along with her personality outside the family so she wasn't able to make friends.
"Well I will send you a text to let you know when we are coming, don't worry about driving since I am planning everything we should be the ones to drive." She said after they pulled apart, Rosalie immediately took his side again grabbing his arm.
The two walked out the house after he said goodbye to everyone else, Rosalie looked sad the entire way to his car but she was uplifted knowing they would spend another day together tomorrow. When he reached the jeep he grabbed her waist and pulled her into him their foreheads touching, "I really wish I could stay here with you... Hey since I met yours today how about you meet mine tomorrow?"
Rosalie tensed her mind racing a million miles a minute, Cory chuckled seeing that he kissed her forehead he left her frozen there and got into his jeep. Even after he was gone she was standing there frozen until Alice came out skipping and smiling, "Well looks like someone is going to meet the parents tomorrow. Maybe you should brush up on how to be a good daughter-in-law." She skipped away again after that.
Alice really enjoyed teasing Rosalie, Rosalie though was more nervous then when she found out that Cory was her mate.
--------Next Day!
After Cory got home last night he talked to Rosalie for an hour on the phone before he fell asleep, the phone was still next to him and she didn't hang up until she heard him wake up. Cory chuckled seeing that she didn't hang up but he didn't plan to call her out on it, he just sent her a good morning text and checked the message from Alice.
They planned to go early so they were going to be there in the morning specifically in less than an hour. Cory took a shower for most of that waiting time, when he got out he wore a white trench coat, black turtle neck, black jeans, and some blue high tops.
Coming downstairs he saw his mom sitting down in the living room drinking tea and reading a book, she looked up seeing him come down, "Anything going on sweetheart you look well dressed for a day out."
"Yeah I have a date they should be here soon we are going into Port Angeles later, ahh I'm also going to get a tattoo later." He mentioned it offhandedly seeing as he was trying not to be nervous, despite doing all that with Rosalie last night he was still nervous around her.
His mom froze luckily this time his dad was out to go to the store to pick some stuff up so she didn't act out again though she still screamed, "WHAT!!! My little boy has a date!! Oh my gosh I need to get dressed, why didn't you tell me last night?! This is huge!!!!" she left him standing there and rushed up stairs to get dressed leaving him alone with a wry smile.
Ten minutes later his dad came home and hearing what was going on he rushed to shave, he had been letting it grow out since he was trying to be like a lumberjack. Cory could only sigh, while they rushed to get ready there was a knock on the door, he smiled walking over to answer.
Suddenly a blur passed him his mom stopping in front of the door to fix her slightly messed up hair, she put on a big smile before opening the door. When she opened it standing there was Rosalie, Alice, and Jasper he was able to control himself when Cory was around so he could actually meet them.
"Oh my, well please all of you come in. I'm Cory's mother Rachel Chase it's so nice to meet you who is the unfortunate girl that is going on a date with him?" She asked but was still all smiles.
The three laughed while he rolled his eyes moving in to give Rosalie a hug, Alice stepped forward her personality being the most outgoing. "Hi! I'm Alice Cullen and this is my boyfriend Jasper Hale, this unfortunate girl here is Rosalie Hale she is the one who has the honor." The two walked further in where she met his dad, Jasper and the other two could only shake there heads.
Rosalie let out a breath though before she stepped forward and introduced herself, his mom looked her over before pulling her along into the kitchen to be alone. The two didn't come out for ten minutes but when they did they were both smiling and his mom was pulling her along whispering to her.
"Well you guys have fun, make sure he treats you right dear. If he doesn't then just tell me and I will put him in his place for you." she said smiling adoringly at Rosalie.
"I will, thank you Mrs. Chase." Rosalie said going to take Cory's hand.
"Please just call me Mom dear none of that Mrs. Chase, you too Alice and Jasper." she said smiling at them all.
Alice squealed and nodded saying by to his dad who she somehow became best friends with, Cory could only shake his head. As they walked out he saw both his parents shoot him a thumbs up when he was closing the door, he shook his head and took Rosalie's hand.
"I think they like you." he said kissing her cheek.
"They are great." she smiled wistfully while walking to the car Jasper and Alice nodded in agreement they all became close in that short amount of time. He even heard his dad inviting Alice and Jasper to dinner whenever they were free, looks like he would need to tell them about his powers soon.
