"This is called a restaurant? Is cleanliness guaranteed?" Misha asked Richard who was standing beside him. "Check the building's permit and certificate."

Richard scratched his head that didn't itch at all, and grimaced when he heard Misha's orders, wasn't that going too far?

"Restaurants like this can be said to be quite good for the area around here and again this place has been around for decades." Richard said, imparting understanding to Misha, who seemed worried about the cleanliness of the food in the restaurant.
