After completing his mission, Captain America and the Howling Commandos agreed to not say anything about Tom and his followers in their reports.
Before leaving, Tom used legilimency on Zola to see if he knew anything about him or his followers. Luckily, the cameras were disabled with their arrival so he saw nothing of the battle. Also, when Tom came to the control room, Zola was too busy getting his beat down to pay attention to Tom.
After seeing that no information on him would leak, Tom started searching for anything on Grindelwald.
This is when Tom learned of the new leadership of Hydra. Grindelwald is now in charge and Red Skull has become his faithful little b*tch.
'Who knows how much torture and mind magic was used to get him under control.' Tom thought as he saw a memory of Red Skull faithfully listening to Grindelwald's orders. "Or he's faking it and waiting for the right moment to strike..."
Tom was going to obliviate any knowledge of wizards from Zola's mind, but the man doesn't know anything really. He thinks that Grindelwald and any of his men were a part of some different super soldier procedure. Seeing no damning evidence of the wizarding world, Tom decided to leave his memory intact.
Tom also found the location of all Hydra bases known to Zola and stored them away for later.
With that finished, Tom opened a portal to a location about a mile away from the train and left the Captain and his men to trudge through the snow with their new prisoner. He would give them a lift back, but people would become suspicious.

-Allied HQ in London-
After Steve and his men brought Zola back from their successful mission, Col. Chester Phillips brings a tray of food to his new prisoner.
"What is this?" Zola asks as he stares warily at the food in front of him.
"Steak." Phillips replies.
"What is in it?" Zola asks, worried about poisons in his meal.
"Cow." Phillips looks at the prisoner as if he were an idiot. "Doctor, do you realize how difficult it is to get a hold of a prime cut like that out here?"
"I don't eat meat." Zola pushes the tray of food across the table.
"Why not?" Phillips asks as he starts eating the steak in front of Zola.
"It disagrees with me."
"How about cyanide? Does that give you a rumbly tummy too? Every Hydra agent that we've tried to take alive has crunched a little pill before we can stop him, but not you. So, here's my brilliant theory." Phillips points his fork full of food at Zola. "You want to live."
"You're trying to intimidate me, Colonel." Zola says, seeing through the whole charade.
"I bought you dinner." Col. Phillips slide over a piece of paper.
"'Given the variable information he has provided, and in exchange for his full cooperation, Dr. Zola is being remanded to Switzerland.'" Zola reads the paper out loud and looks across the table with a face that said 'really?'
"I sent that message to Washington this morning. Of course, it was encoded. You guys haven't broken those codes, have you? That would be awkward." Phillips smirks.
"Grindelwald will know this is a lie." Zola says as he tosses the paper on the floor.
"Now that is a name I've been hearing about since your capture. Who is he and what happened to your old boss Schmidt?" Col. Phillips asks in curiosity and Zola remains tight-lipped.
Everything he has seen of Grindelwald scares Zola immensely, so he will keep his mouth shut. The consequences would be unpleasant should he say anything.
"At least tell me his first name. He's gonna kill you anyway, Doc. You're a liability. You know more about Hydra and its plans than anyone. You may be afraid of them but you haven't seen anything yet.
"No, I'm afraid it is you, Colonel, that hasn't seen it yet. I use to fear Schmidt like a child fears his neighborhood bully, but Grindelwald inspires a whole different level of fear in me. I will not speak because anything you could do to me is nothing compared to that man." Zola says as he shivers just thinking of him.
"Hmm, well said Zola." A new voice speaks up from behind Col. Phillips.
The second Phillips hears someone behind him, he draws his pistol and turns to engage the intruder.
"Stupefy." The voice calls and the Colonel collapses onto the table frozen in place.
The man walks out of the shadows revealing it to be Gellert Grindelwald. As soon as Zola saw who it was, he started shaking. Thoughts of whether he would be killed or not raced in his mind.
Grindelwald looks at Col. Phillips slumped over on the table like garbage and kicks him off the seat and onto the hard floor.
"It's good to hear how much fear I can inspire in my subordinates." Gellert comments as he takes the Colonel's seat across from Zola. "Is this steak? It's too bad that filth started eating it. I was feeling a bit peckish." He says and pushes the tray to the floor.
"H-hello, Sir. You've come to rescue me, I hope?" Zola stutters in fear.
"No, your usefulness has expired with the creation of the Valkyrie. I'm here to ask some questions about the incident on the train..."
"I-I'll tell you anything you want. Just please don't kill me." Zola stares pleadingly into Grindelwald's eyes.
"You don't need to say a word." Gellert says as he stares into Zola's eyes and uses Legilimency.
Zola stares back as if forced and started screaming in pain.
Due to the loss of good magical blood on that train, Grindelwald has been in a bad mood. Especially after he saw that message left for him in the train car. Because of this, he's currently tearing apart Zola's mind looking for any glimpse of the heir mentioned on the wall.
He only saw a glimpse of Tom in the control room with his porcelain mask covering his face. The man in the mask seemed to look in Zola's direction for a moment as if knowing Grindelwald would be there. This only proved to enrage him even further.
"It seems you know nothing." Gellert says as he stands from his chair and straightens his collar. "What a waste." He comments and disappears from the room leaving behind a frozen Colonel and a drooling mess of a scientist.
