Arrival of Pain
Almost two weeks have passed since my return from Mount Mobyouku, in this period, I trained like crazy, to be able to complete my training plan. But in the end, I did it, it's just in time.
Today Pain will come to attack the village, at most there are a few hours left. Why am I so sure ?! The reason is very simple, I sent my feline henchmen, equipped with earphones, around the edge of the land of fire.
And about twelve hours ago they confirmed to me, the intrusion into the land of fire, of six men with orange hair and strange purple eyes, accompanied by a woman with blue hair, who were making their way at Ninja pace, towards the village.
As soon as I got the information, I immediately reported it to Tsunade, who decided to evacuate the citizens. A good idea would be to intercept them outside the village, but my henchmen can't find them anymore. So the only solution is to fight them as soon as they are revealed by the barrier.
At the moment I am heading to Tsunade, who has called a meeting before the war. For now, they know very little about Pain's powers, they only know those that were revealed during the battle against Jiraya. I could tell him the others, since I know them thanks to the canon, but I don't have a suitable lie, to be able to get out of it, without being labeled as a traitor by Danzō.
I arrive in Tsunade's office, and I see that I am the last to arrive, I say goodbye and I step aside.
After about ten minutes, which almost everyone is present, Tsunade begins to tell us about the details and discoveries they made in the laboratory, with Pain's bodies. But before he can finish his speech, we hear a loud noise coming from outside, due to an explosion.
"Damn, I'm already here, get ready, follow my previous orders," he shouts with authority
Then he turns to the messenger toad "Get Naruto back immediately"
"Protect the village at any cost. I will be upstairs, and while I wait for new information I will help Katsuyu with the injured! " He says rushing to the door.
After a moment of hesitation, I too leave the office, but I don't know why, but I feel I have forgotten something, I hope it is not important.
And so, I head for one of the explosions, ready to dig up some Rinnegans.
POV Sasuke
I don't want to be in the same room as the cat, so I'll wait here on the roof.
The hokage is talking about the lab data, but then I hear the sound of an explosion, and in the distance I can see smoke, and some fellow Shinobi fighting.
Then I hear the hokage come out the door, ordering the toad to bring Naruto back here.
Is Naruto Coming Back? No need for this guy, I'm enough, I'm more than enough.
But then, before leaving, I see entering the office, an old man, without an arm and with one eye, who approaches the toad and pierces it with a katana, while saying with a cold look "the fox must stay where is"
"Who are you? You know what you did is betrayal" I say, ready to fight
He turns to me, he seems surprised to see me "Sasuke Uchiya, I never expected that it was you who discovered me"
Then I see him give me a look, and an even more icy smile as he speaks "but now is a perfect time to kill you"
And he lashes out at me with his katana, with which I defend myself, drawing mine, and parrying the blow.
Is strong. Who is?
I use the Sharingan, putting it under the Genjutsu. As I rush towards him, with a Kunai towards his throat. But he fails, as I see him dodge as he backs away, but that was my goal. The Sasuke with the Kunai disappears and the original body appears behind him, with a Chidori, piercing his heart.
"You are dead!" I say in an indifferent voice
"No, the dead one is you!"

I feel it, before the body I pierced disappears with the smoke. I don't even have time to think about the situation, as I feel something penetrating my back, I look down and what I see freezes my blood. There is a sword that pierces my heart.
"NO! I can't die, not before killing Itachi" I say in agony
"I wonder why Itachi decided not to kill you. He killed his entire clan just to save you "I hear him say coldly
"What do you mean, he saved me? ..." I say coughing up blood from my mouth. I don't have much time left, but I want to know the truth.
"Itachi exterminated your clan, because they were trying to make a coup, and to prevent a war from breaking out, they were ordered to kill them all. But he didn't want to kill you, and if we tried, he would have chased us to the end of the world. But it doesn't matter now, as he'll think it was Pain, so he'll fight him, and maybe they'll die together. Two birds with one stone "
"Ugly bastard, you won't get away with it"
"Yet it is so, now, you die" he says, throwing a katana blow to my throat
"This is my end, I can't see Itachi again, neither Naruto or Sakura, but the worst of it, and they won't even know what happened to me." I think sadly, but before the katana hits, I see something on the roof in front.
