Chapitre 186: Special Effects

Lucan flew over the top of the forest. With his flying carpet, it was much easier to travel since he could now rise above the tops of the trees. He continued to periodically activate Omni-vision in search of a pocket dimension, but he still hadn't had any luck.

He was hovering in the air eating his lunch and sharing a bit with Adrestia when he heard a loud roar in the distance.

Roar's and other bestial noises were not rare in the forest, but this one sounded rather close. Since it came from a direction, he hadn't explored yet, Lucan decided to go and take a look.

After flying for only a minute, he spotted someone in a clearing ahead.

A level fifty player was all on his own. Holding up a sword and slowly backing away, he kept his attention on the edge of the clearing.
