"What were you doing?" Meredith threw Alyssia and asked with a deadly glare.

"She started it first. She came to cause trouble," Alyssia replied.

"You are supposed to keep everyone in check. But what are you doing? Causing more trouble for me," Meredith hissed.

"I said she started it first. Do I look OP like who will bear all the abuse just because you said so?" Alyssia retaliated.

She wasn't ready to back down. Fire was her main element, and anger was her second nature. She was ready to blow everything at any time.

Yet, thinking she was on a mission, Alyssia regained her calm again.

She drew a long breath.

"I understand I shouldn't have paid attention to such a measly creature," she said.
