You and Jungkook were disturbed as you two heard a loud bang from the living room. You flinched under Jungkook and he parted his lips from yours, leaving your now swollen lips alone for a second. "Jungkook?" You asked in confusion.
"Shh... we got guests," he put his finger on your lips to keep you quiet. Was that why he turned the shower on? So the burglar wouldn't hear us?
"Don't even make a sound," he commanded softy. You nodded and kept quiet, examining Jungkook's face as he approached the bathroom door, carefully. He opened the door, which made a creak sound. He he tried to open it without any noise, but failed.
"Jin??? What the hell are you doing in here?!" You heard Jungkook yelling at someone.
"I followed your scent and found you here," the guy named Jin yelled back. You departed from the bathroom and followed Jungkook's voice. He was standing in the livingroom, leaning against a wall as the other guy was in front of the front door, yelling at Jungkook because he was here with me.
"Look, you can't just break into someone's apartment like that, Jin," Jungkook scolded him. "It's illegal."
"Don't tell me what to do, Jungkook! I'm five years older than you!" Jin yelled in annoyance. "And what the hell were you doing with that gir-" Jin stopped his sentence mid way, his mouth open like a fish. He looked at you with a shocked face before continuing.
"What the actual fuck, Jungkook?! Can't you even sense her miserable aura?!" He once again yelled at Jungkook.
"Shut up..." Jungkook mumbled. "You don't know anything..."
"Come again?" Jin frowned his eyebrows in amusement. "What do you mean I don't know anything? I'm the freaking Lord Kim Seokjin for fucks sake! I've been to many s-"
"Fucking shit, Jin, no need to flex with your studies!" Jungkook sighed.
You were watching them yell at each other for another 10 minutes, before they finally calmed down and looked at you. You looked at Jungkook and then Jin and then at Jungkook again. He sighed again and appreached you.
"I'm sorry Y/N, this is the business I was talking about... I needed to do something with Jin hyung, but he decided to break into the house..." Jungkook gave Jin a deadly glare before he spoke again. "I know this must be very confusing to you, and I'm sorry about that..."
"Uh, yeah, I'm pretty confused, but I'll manage," You smiled while scratching your neck.
"Alright, let me at least introduce you to him," he looked at Jin, who was basically eating your fridge empty at this point. "Jin... this is not your house... come on and introduce yourself, hyung."
"Alrigh, alright, hello Y/N, my name is Lord Kim Seokjin, but you can call me Seokjin or Jin for short," he shoke hands with you before leaning against the front door. "I'm the chef of our group."
"Um, nice to meet you, Seo- Jin." You gave him a warm smile, before looking at the empty fridge in the kitchen. "...I guess I need to go for a shopping spree after this..." you sighed.
"Uh, I can buy you food, I was the one who ate it all, after all..." Seokjin scratched his neck in embarrassment before whispering something to Jungkook.
"Hyung! No! Why would I do that?!" Jungkook yelled at him again.
"I'm just saying," he shrugged.
"...but, she doesn't even... know..." Jungkook whispered to Jin this time.
"Ohhhhh... I see, that's bad..." he gave Jungkook an awkward glare. "How are you going to explain?"
"I have no idea-"
"Excuse me, but I'm still here...?" You said and they both flinched as if they had just seen a dead body next to you. "Uh, everything alright?" You asked.
"Yeah totally," Jin scratched his neck and looked at Jungkook.
"Uh, I think I have some explaining to do..." he looked at you and pointed at the kitchen table. You sat down with Jin and Jungkook. An awkward silence took place in the kitchen as no one had any idea how to start the converstation. Until Jin broke the silence by throwing a lame dad joke at you.
"Hey, Jungkook. Do you know what the pirate said on his 80th birthday?" he stared at Jungkook with laughter in his eyes. "AYE MATEY!" he bursted out laughing in his chair and almost fell on the floor.
"Ha. Ha. Ha, very funny," Jungkook said and turned to look at you. You were laughing your ass off as Jin just told the best, and probably the first joke you had ever heard. Jungkook sighed and looked at Jin with a weird expression before turning his into a serious one.
"Hey, Y/N. I really need to talk to you about something..." He started, but Jin disturbed him again.
"So, all in all, we are not humans, Y/N." Jin blurted out the sentence like it was nothing. Jungkook widened his eyes and gave Jin a death glare before turning to you again. His heart drobbed when he saw your pale face in front of him. "Hey-"
"Wh- what do you mean, you're not humans...?" You disturbed him.
"We are demo-"
"JIN!" Jungkook yelled at him, making everyone silent in the table. "Y/N, it's true that we are demons... but we are not monsters... some of us are blood-thirsty and cold-blooded, but we are definitely not and never have been." Jungkook tried to explain.
Your face was more pale that ever after remembering Dong-Min. He bit your neck and even tore the flesh. He was truly like a monster. Although you were a it suspicious of Jin and Jungkook, you believed them. You believe Jungkook. You believe that he is not the blood-thirsty demon like Dong-Min is. He is a sweet indivitual, who cares about people.
"I totally understand if you don't believe me-"
"I believe you, Jungkook, I believe you two." You said, calming everyone down around the table. "But, I have one question." You took a deep breath before continuing. "Do you know that one mint haired boy, I think his name was Yoongi." You carefully asked. Jungkook felt a lump in his throat when you asked him the burning question.
"I... I know- I mean, I knew him... but not anymore." He suddenly looked down, guilt written all over his face at the mention of Yoongi's name. Jin looked at Jungkook and patted his back.
"Hey, Jungkook, forget that asshole." Jin comforted him. "He's not with us anymore Y/N, he left us a long time ago." Jin explained. Somehow, you felt symphatetic torwards them. You simply nodded and smiled, understanding that they didn't really want to talk about it right now.
"I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable," You smiled and got up from the table to get some water for Jungkook, who looked a little pale after mentioning Yoongi's name. You felt guilty because you said Yoongi's name, but you weren't really sure if he knew him or not. Now you are.
"Here, have some water," you handed the glass of water to Jungkook and sat back down. He gave you a small smile and gulped down the water almost instantly.
"Thank you, Y/N, really..." he sighed. "Not everyone would have believed."
"It's okay. I'm used to bad stuff..." you looked at your hands for a moment, before Jin asked you a question.
"Y/N, what happened to you in the past?"
