Chapitre 171: Chapter: Athena

Layla and Anastasia stood before Athena. Layla had a sawed-off shotgun present in her hands while Anastasia stood by her side. Regrettably, they both knew that it would not be easy to defeat Athena. She was a powerful Rank 5.

"Is this disrespect I smell?" Asked Athena with an annoyed look, "One human and a Rank 4 Apocrypha have been sent to defeat me? Don't make me laugh!"

"I mean, aren't you the weakest out of all the others here? I'm sure your power outmatches neither Hydra nor Nyx. Don't even get me started on the royals!" Teased Layla.

"Hmph! As if I would allow your taunts to bother me. Even if I am the weakest, the same can be said for both of you. The only difference is that you both pale in comparison to me!"

"I would get off my pedestal if I were you. I like to destroy prideful losers!"

Athena laughed at Layla's remark. She could not imagine a mere human even managing to severely hurt her, much less kill her.
