Zane stood silently as he watched Artemis and Hermes. He had just finished listening to Artemis' and Apollo's backstory. Zane pondered as he thought about their situation. Their story was far worse than even his.

The story had now made it clear as to why Apollo acted the way he did. He was seeking revenge and a change in the governing system. He wished to bring equality to the Apocrypha to carry out his mother's final wish. Did this make him a bad person?

In some ways it did. He was treating everyone else around him as a tool to achieve some enormous plan. Not that Zane could complain as he was more or less doing the same thing to those around him. However, this made Zane realize that he was a lot more similar to Apollo than he thought.

"So," began Artemis with a grin, "Now that you've heard our story, what will you do?"

"You are aware that by telling me the story with such detail, you've revealed your goal and possibly even your plan, right?"
