A pool of blood laid stagnantly across the floor. The slight crackling of chains sang with the restricted movements of the captured Zane and Hades. They were secluded in a confined room that was dedicated to torture. Apollo stood before the two as their punisher. Even though they were able to heal the wounds inflicted upon them, it did not make their pain any more bearable.

It had been precisely five hours since the royals had given Apollo permission to oversee Zane's and Hades' execution. Within this time frame, Apollo was forced to inflict endless pain upon the two. Thankfully, he could now give them a break since he had done more than enough to lower any suspicion that the other Apocrypha had for him.
