Feeling like she was being watched, Jess took out her headphones and putting them into her bag along with her phone. She turned her head, noticing a group of guys tailing her, trying to stay relaxed though it was hard for her.
"Hey, where are you going, baby comes on," one of the guys shouted to her.
Jess started to power walk, getting nervous, gripping her bag close to her side, unaware of a certain web crawler following their moments. Peter didn't like the fact they would harm her, running over to the next building to get in a better view. Jess noticed two more guys blocking her way along with the others chasing her into an alley, cornering her. One of the guys tried to grab her only to get hit over the head with her backpack while kicking the other guy where the sun don't shine. Trying to get away from them, one of them grabbed her from behind, pinning her against the wall while the other guy pulled out a pocket knife.
Peter got ticked off before shooting his webbing to their backs and pulling them off Jess since it honestly wasn't something Peter would stand for honestly. He forgot to wear his mask, punching them while dodging their advances at him there wasn't going to be room for error in this. Jess watched from where she was with her jacket had been pulled off of her from one of the guys. Again the web-crawler came to her aid to help him thinking it was really nice to have someone watching over her like a guardian angel. Once all the guys were taken down, Peter soon realized he didn't have on his mask, noticing Jess walking over towards him. He couldn't afford her to know who he really was since he was unfortunate with Ned.
Going around the corner only to disappear with Jess saying, "Wait a minute."
Looking down the narrow alley path, not seeing him there before looking around behind her only to see Spider-Man was hanging upside down.
"You have an act of getting in trouble," Peter joked with her to make things a little better.
Jess giggled, brushing her now wet hair out of her face since it started to downpour, "You have an act for saving my life; I think I have a superhero stalker."
"I was in the neighborhood," Peter said, smiling softly while looking at her.
Jess smiling at him softly, "You're amazing."
"Well, not everyone thinks this way about, though," Peter said to her thinking about what he planned to tell her?
Jess moved a little closer, "But you are amazing."
"It's nice knowing I have a fan out there for me," Peter said, thinking she was great.
Jess tilted her head to the side, "Do I get to say thank you for this time?"
Peter noticed her starting to pull down his mask but not all the way, just exposing his neck, chin, mouth, and some of his nose. Feeling his heart beating faster, starting to wonder what she was going to do? Closing her eyes, she leaned in, kissing him on the lips; of course, this wasn't just a peck on them. Having her hands on either side of his cheeks, kissing him with Peter in shock and surprise, he kissed her back. After about 5 minutes, they separated from the kiss. Jess pulled the mask back onto his face before Peter took off. If you can imagine, underneath the mask, Peter had a big goofy grin spread across his face as he started to swing through the city. Jess was happy thinking about telling Peter tomorrow since she didn't want to keep this from him. Thinking about how she would start this conversation with Peter knowing tonight wouldn't be the right time to say much of anything.
Peter made it home just as he noticed Jess was entering her apartment, thinking it was interesting. The kiss they had just shared, he had always wondered what that would be like to kiss someone, and now he could. It happened to be amazing really since he loved her; it felt even more than just a simple kiss, for it was more than that. Entering her apartment basically running home, making it home before her mother, glad she had gotten her homework done. Jess felt like floating on air after kissing Spider-Man since she never kissed someone before, thinking it was amazing. Taking a warm shower before she got into her PJs crashing onto her bed, setting her alarm for tomorrow. Knowing she would be a cool story to tell her friends tomorrow at lunch, smiling in her sleep.

The next day at school during lunch, Peter, Ned, and Jess sat at their usual table talking about whatever. Ned had been told from Peter yesterday while patrolling the city yesterday before he had saved Jess. Ned thought it was awesome they were going together to the dance, wondering if Peter would tell Jess how he felt too?
"I was saved again by Spider-Man last night," Jess said, drawing a picture of Spider-Man while telling them about it.
Peter's heart started to race since he remembered them kissing, but he couldn't tell her it was him because he didn't want her to know, at least not yet.
Peter and Ned noticed Jess was drawing something else again; they both said at the same time, "Really? What happened? You alright?"
"A group of guys was mugging me, and I'm glad he came when he did because I don't want to think about what would have happened. I'm alright, Peter and Ned, you still take photographs, right?" Jess asked, looking up from her drawing.
Peter and Ned were glad their friend was alright. Ned knew Peter was Spider-Man and figured he should tell Jess he was a hero.
"Um -- yeah -- why do you ask Jessie," asked Peter tilting his head to the side with Jess thinking it was adorable.
"Because I'm writing this article for the school paper, and I would like to have a picture of Spider-Man. I know you're really good at taking photos, and I would like one where he's not posing for the camera, by the way. You know, in his element without being aware. You know natural," Jess explained, brushing some hair behind her ear.
Peter felt Ned nudge his arm quickly, thinking this would be a good chance to tell her right now because it didn't make any sense why he wouldn't. Peter nodded while smiling softly at her, "Yeah, I can do that for you; Jessie can't wait to read it when it's finished. If you need any help, I can ask him the questions you want to know."
"Thanks, Pete. I appreciate it, and yes, I'll tell you if I need any help with it though I've already started it. Besides, I think this is going be something that'll be worth writing," Jess smiling at him before going back to her drawing.
Peter and Ned listened to her talking about believing in writing because it was a story that matter to her, and wanted to do this. They both knew she wants to be a journalist because she wanted to do something like this for a while now. Peter and Ned nodded before seeing her going back to drawing, wondering now what the story would be now?
Jess had her long wavy brown hair pulled back in a braided headband while wearing her red and black flannel with black lace back, Gryffindor t-shirt, tartan red & black plaid skirt, rose lace black tights, and tan Maurader's map boots. Glad to know her friends liked her idea since she wanted to show her writing in her own way, knowing things would be different. Peter couldn't wait to read it since it would turn out to be great. With everything going on, he had to figure out who was selling these weapons.

Once school ended, Peter went home wondering about the criminals out there with those high-tech weapons knowing he would have to stop them. Putting on his Spidey mask, talking with Karen needing to know about the bad guys the other night. Karen told Peter if he would like to watch the video for it was apart of the baby monitor protocol Mr. Stark created for the suit. Peter sighed roughly about this, having her replay back the videoes from that night with him watching the video.
"Hey Jess, cool part right, Peter's told me a lot about you," Peter said to himself in the mirror while winking with the mask on.
Peter shook his head having her play it later in the day since this was him messing around.
"It is I, Thor son of Odin," Peter said in his best impression of Thor holding up the wooden meat tenderizer.
Looking at himself in the mirror, "You're impressions are hilarious."
Karen said to Peter, honestly. With her being a robot, you could almost think she was smiling while she is telling him. Peter told her to go to the crime scene to see the criminals with Karen checked the police databases. Aaron Davis showed up on the police databases, unlike the other two, and Peter decided to visit him. Karen asked Peter if he would like to try out the enhanced interrogation mood for this.
Peter thought about it for a few minutes before thinking it could be a good idea since he wouldn't mind it. Aaron walked over to the trunk of his car, putting ice cream into his car's back, unaware that the wall-crawler would be visiting him. The spidey bot flew in the air, scanning the parking garage for Aaron when it found him, Aaron looked up at the spider looking like a robot. Feeling his hand getting stuck to the trunk lid before looking over to see the same guy dressed in that red and blue suit.
Peter walked over to him with his voice deeper than normal, "I need you to give information, and I need now."
"Just chill, alright? What happened to your voice," asked Aaron, confused while holding his free hand in the air.
Peter tilted his head to the side, "What do you mean what happened to my voice?"
"I remember what a girl sounds likes," Aaron said to him, still wondering what was going on?
Peter sighed roughly, "I'm not a girl -- I'm a boy -- I mean I'm a man."
"Girl -- boy, it doesn't make any difference to me," Aaron said to him, shrugging.
Peter started to get annoyed, "I'm not a girl, I'm a man, come on, man, I need names about who is selling these weapons. You're going to tell or else."
Aaron aggressively slammed the trunk door shut, which caused Peter to step back a few steps with Aaron knowing he was new.
"You've never done this before having you," asked Aaron thinking it was better to test the waters with this.
Peter telling Karen to deactivate it and never having him use it again because it was honestly embarrassing.
Walking away, Aaron stopped him, "That night on the at the bridge you told that guy if you want to shoot at someone shoot at me. That was pretty badass; I don't want those weapons out on the streets. I've got a nephew that lives out here."
"Do you know the people who were trying to sell you the weapons?" asked Peter, hoping he would be able to know.
Aaron shook his head, "Other than the guy they work dresses like a winged demon. I don't where he is or what he looks like. I do know where he is going to be, though, since the guy I used to work for is going to be doing a deal with him today."
Peter started to walk away, knowing this was going to great he would be able to stop these guys as he planned.
"Hey, wait, I didn't give you the location of this; they are going to be at the Staten Island Ferry," Aaron told him, "Though can I give some advice you need to be better at this part of the job."
Peter leaned against the car, "I don't understand I'm intimidating? Thanks, that's going to dissolve in 2 hours."
"No, no! Come fix this," Aaron said, pointing to his webbed hand.
Peter started to walk away from Aaron, "2 hours you deserve it, you're a criminal goodbye, mister criminal."
Aaron tells him he had ice cream in here though sighed when Spider-Man disappeared, figuring out how to get rid of this? Peter swinging towards the Ferry, knowing it would be taking off soon at any moment.
