Chapitre 36: Chp 36 : Al's Declassified School Survival Guide?
The opening speech was as boring as it should be, and it has finally ended. And finally, they got time to find their own locker for the rest of their school years, Al got the same row of the locker room as Ione, Robin, Max, and Anthony.
Big coincidence, as seemed like fate itself want to bring the five of them together. Only Max and Anthony seemed uncomfortable talking to Robin, but one thing that the 2 boys knew for sure, they were definitely have joined this group by accident.
The clubs and any extracurricular activity will be open tomorrow and the current agenda for this day is only orientation day so all of them will go home earlier.
In the hallway, they saw Max glaring at a cool tall guy with an 80s hair trend and wearing a leather jacket, on his arms was a beautiful girl with a typical good girl outfit, so we definitely know who Max was glaring at now.
Anthony said, "Give up man, that's Steve, the cool guy that every girl wants to date. I heard he got into fights with some gangs in other schools and was caught by police. He got out without charges at a police station, his dad knew some guys in government and we don't want any trouble with him."
"Yeah Tony, why a good girl like that wanted to go out with him."
"Because guys like you who respect her are mostly losers." Robin smiled and made a sarcastic remark to them.
"Don't be so truthful to them Robbie, they will have a breakdown when you said it." Al and Robin laughed while Ione, Max, and Anthony made some weird faces.
"Ed, you want to go to the arcade? there's one open in few blocks away." Anthony said.
"Thanks but I got something to do at the orphanage." He said unconsciously.
"Orphanage? You are an orphan Edward?" Ione said.
Al realized his slip and quickly said, "Yes, since I was 4, but I like being there. Tell you what, how about you 4 visit there sometimes, the kids are friendly and we got 2 dogs." Al smiled.
At first 4 of them felt bad for Al but when he said it with a hearty smile, Max and Anthony felt glad, while the girls.... blushed?
"Bye guys, see you tomorrow." Al then quickly saying farewell to them.
"Robin."
"Yes, Ione?"
"You see that."
"Yepp."
"Wow." Robin just stared at Ione, slight jealousy appeared on her face but quickly disappear.
Max and Anthony were confused at their conversation and decided to also ask them out.
"Girls, how about we goin' to the arcade and see something that boys could do?" Anthony said.
Robin smiled evilly and said, "What, staring at hot girls as if they are naked, Nah thanks. Bye losers let's go Ione."
Max and Anthony flabbergasted and just watching Robin and Ione left.

Al got another thing to do today, he will finally shoot his first film, a short film exactly and he just got a call from Steven that some people in an internship program on his company are searching for filming opportunities.
They were from cinematography, camera, and lighting, sound and art department who just graduated and became an intern in Amblin Entertainment.
So Spielberg gave them an offer to shoot a short film that his Godson going to make and they accepted it.
Well, they thought that his Godson was just playing around and if they helped him, maybe they can get Steven Spielberg's favor for themselves.
Al got the opportunity to meet them and introduce himself to them.
"Hello, my name is Alphonse Brandt, nice to meet you all."
"Nice to meet you too Mr. Brandt, I love your performance in <E.T.> and <The Sixth Sense>. My name is Wally Pfister, but call me Wally." He shook Al's hand.
"Then, please do call me Al also." Al shook everyone else hands and they introduce themselves.
From their introduction, Wally work as a cinematographer, Michael FitzMaurice and Cory Geryak as Cameraman, Julian Walker as an art director, and Mark Weingarten as a sound department.
From Al's understanding, they seem to treat him as a child who wanted to be like Steven Spielberg. So he needs to convince them that he has the qualification to be a director.
He explained what was his plan to do this short film, how the camera position and angle, lighting, costume and property, the cast, budget, post-production plan, everything has been explained by Al in detail.
They became speechless when this boy able to plan this in detail. They also became convinced to work on this short film, their only doubt is how this boy can do in the field later on.
But that's what their job will be, right?
If the plan was going smoothly, the shooting would begin in mid-September for 1 week, post-production in another 1 week and he will join the competition for Chicago Film Festival in mid-October, broadcast it on TV then join the Oscar competition for best short films.
For the actor selection, He has persuaded Drew and Jodie to play. Drew as a main character and Jodie will appear as a cameo.
He paid Drew $100,000, is it too much? Let's just say big brother always give anything for his little sister. As for Jodie, she said she doesn't need any payment for the cameo but He still paid her $50,000.
Spielberg and Amy also agree to appear as Drew's parents with $1 payment and the main lead of this short film, the one and only, Bella the Golden Labrador.
With so much knowledge in his head, he was able to train Bella and Lola into the best animal actor ever lived, well they also so good at negotiation.
Bella wanted bacon every morning for a month and how the hell they knew how to do it, he blames Annie who trained them the art of negotiation in secret.
She said they will be harder to tempt if Russian spies suddenly sneak out to their orphanage.

A few days later, Al is currently making his storyboard in school while listening to the Biology lecture by Mr. Ted's Science Class.
Weirdly, these 5 people also choosing the same subjects so they will always meet each other from class to outside class, fate maybe fkin up Al again.
"Mr. Brandt, are you listening to me?"
"Yes, Mr. Ted?"
Now from Mr. Ted's look, he seems mad that somebody distracted him from his class.
"Please fill the blank question in the blackboard."
Al went into the front, answer every blank question about cells, so perfect that looks like copied from Cambridge Book... well it was.
"Excellent Mr. Brandt, I have never seen a student answer all this question so.... perfect! Students, we have a genius here, give him applause."
The applause was heard and Al back into his seat.
"Nerds." He heard someone said it and when he turned around, he sees some dumbhead jocks students.
Al ignored his provocation and continue drawing his storyboard, while Ione, Robin, Max, and Anthony saw him drawing it again.
During the recess period, all of them gathered in the canteen having their lunch.
"What are you drawing Ed?" Ione said leaning towards him.
He smiled and said, "Storyboard, planning to make a short film with my sister and my dog."
"Can I see them?" Ione asked curiously.
"Of course Ione, here you go."
"That some pretty sh*t drawings Ed, you are damn good at this." Robin who chewing gum suddenly took his pictures.
"I don't know if I should proud or offended by your words Robbie."
"You can do both then." She smiled.
Because Robin also wanted to see it, the 2 boys also become interested and four of them decided to read it together.
Then after four of them finished reading the script and the storyboard, silence overwhelmed them.
They just see Al with a complex look, like someone made you really pissed and want to punch them but you remember that person always gave you happiness.
"Fk you Ed, FK YOU! God!" Robin said wiping her tears with a hidden smile on her face.
"Today, I agree with her Ed, this story is bittersweet. Do you really want to make this short film?" Max asked.
"Yes, in mid-September, I already have everything prepared from camera and film equipment."
"Are you rich or something? It cost $8000 for just renting a small piece of equipment." Anthony said.
"Let's just say, I know someone and he rent the equipment to me at a discounted price."
"Can I come, Ed? I like photography, but I also have some interest in filming." Said Max.
"Can we come too? It's been our dream to do the filming!" Ione said excitedly
"Our?" The boys said in unison
"Ione!" Robin screamed to Ione.
"Yep, Robin, and me. I have a dream to be an actress and Robin here wanted to become a film editor and producer and we can make films together. Don't look at her appearance but she also good at computers."
Now everyone saw Robin differently.
"Imma out of this!" Then she left the cafeteria to escape from their gaze and Ione also left to chase after her.
The boys were just confused at them and continue to finish their lunch.
"Oh look! The freak shows are here eating their scraps!!"
Al, Max, and Anthony's heads turn into the sound source and they saw the brainless jocks of the science class before.
