Chapitre 47: Overwhelming Fear: Mina
"Hmm. You're awake."
A voice Mina wasn't expecting brought her eyes wide open. She instantly saw Ryder, his clothes removed. A pit had formed in her stomach, leaving her in a state of dread. She couldn't move, nor could she speak. Her wrists and ankles were bound, while her lips had been gagged.
"You know, I expected her to be a virgin. She screamed out with pleasure so quickly too."
Mina didn't understand. She glared until Ryder pointed towards a couch against the wall. Laying on it, in a heap, was Kat. She was unconscious and naked. Mina could feel the tears welling up.
"You know, I wanted to wait until you woke up to take your first time, but I think I'll let my boys take care of that bitch first. They can have some fun, then they'll kill her."
Mina could feel a heavy spot of cold grow within her, covering most of her body and making her feel faint. She struggled, kicking and punching, but it was to no avail. The most she did was make herself bleed.
Suddenly the area changed. Mina was no longer bound, but her situation could be considered worse. She was facing off with Vex while Kat was hugging him in a loving manner.
"So Mina, you said you came here to free your beloved... but what does she want? Hehe."
Kat smiled sweetly, but her eyes hardened and her lips spit venom as she spoke.
"You and I were never a thing. You clung to me out of fear, so I let you. I was intrigued, so you know... you were no more than an experiment."
Mina covered her eyes and shook her head. She had heard enough, but a sudden punch to the gut brought her back. She looked up as Inferna stepped forward.
"You know, I thought we would be friends. My mother trusted you so easily, so I thought it'd be good to do the same. I regret everything."
Inferna fell onto all fours, her fur growing out. Before long, she looked just like her mother. She approached Mina slowly, her eyes gleaming with rage.
"Not only do you bring me away when they needed me most, you devoured my mother's monster core!"
Mina looked passed Inferna towards Kat. Vex had his hand on her waist and was pulling her towards him.
"No! Kat stop!"
Mina watched as they kissed, her heart crushed and her mind falling. She collapsed to her knees, screaming in pain until it all just faded.
"Hehehe... it's a pretty big pain in my ass when the host can't take all of this BULLSHIT!"
Mina's [Hysteria Mode] kicked in as her consciousness faded out. Her clothing turned black, matching her hair, while her eyes became crimson once more. A different feature, a thin slit directly across the two. She blinked as the dream faded, slowly getting herself onto her feet.
"Hey! Succu-bitch! You've pissed me off."
The succubus raised her eyes in shock, barely getting herself back onto her feet in time to dodge Mina's attack.
"How?! You should be wallowing in despair!"
Her key smile faded, Mina's features turning furious.
"Oh she is, and I'm none too happy about it. My host owns this body and I'm here to keep that girls mind in check! She's sensitive and you pull that stupid shit on her... agh. Looks like killing you is definitely okay! Hehehe."
Mina dashed, a silver light glinting as she swing on the succubus.
"I like this blade a little more than Mina's. It feels nicer."
The blade glinted, multiple gashes appearing across the body of the succubus. She was quickly overwhelmed, falling back with an aggravated grin on her face.
"You bitch. I'll teach you to mess with a succubus! My Dark Magic-"
"You can't use it. My host has full authority over it."
The succubus paled as Mina dashed forward. Her blade severed her head, quickly falling to the ground. She turned around, walking over to the sleeping Chisana. Nudging her, she leaned close.
"Hey, little bat. Wake up!"
The young succubus opened her eyes, quickly bolting upright as Mina drew near.
"M-Mina... you're awake?! How?"
Shaking her head, Mina let out a sigh.
"You see these lines? I'm not Mina. I'm Hysteria. Mina sealed herself in her mind, although she didn't do it on purpose. Fear and stress... ugh. That barrier she put up is fading, but Mina is hurt. I need you to put me under so that I can wake her up."
Chisana seemed confused, but she didn't hesitate. She nodded, allowing Hysteria to lay down before she let the clouds take shape and form around her. Before long, Hysteria was asleep. As she passed out, her hair turned silver and her dress white.
"Hey! Get ahold of yourself!"
Mina cowered in fear, hugging her knees. She covered her ears as the voice pierced her safety, instilling deeper fear.
"Dammit. Mina! Wake up!"
She was forced onto her feet, held up by Hysteria.
"Open your eyes! None of it was real! Everyone needs you to wake up! I can't take control... not permanently. I'm not you, I'm not a leader. Don't piss me off!"
Hysteria closed her eyes, winding her hand back. One clean slap later, Mina was staring directly into Hysteria's eyes. As she looked, tears still fell.
"Are you really still crying? It wasn't real."
Mina wiped her eyes, then wrapped her arms around Hysteria.
"It may not have been real, but that pain... that torture! My heart is broken. I don't think I can look Kat in the eyes properly... not now."
Hysteria sighed and patted Mina's head.
"Just enjoy this dream. Chisana had fallen asleep, keeping the worst of it at bay until she couldn't any longer."
Mina felt Hysteria fading, her voice leaving one last reminder.
"Don't forget. You're strong and these girls all care for you. Kat especially, and even I want you to be strong. My power is yours, after all."
Mina opened her eyes once more, the bright sunlight making them nearly shut.
