Valerie held Hal's gaze for a few seconds and intently stared into his eyes and then get eyes went down to Hal's lightly smiling lips and she was overcome.

She was overcome by all that she had kept locked up...

She was drawn in by the magnificence of the man before her and she captured his lips.

She grabbed the sides of Hal's head and pulled him harder into the kiss as she let herself go.

A part of her mind tried to keep her indignation going and not let her fall deeper into the sinkhole of pleasure that she was already about to fall into but that part of her mind got quieter the more her lips touched Hal's.

Through it all, as aggressive as her kiss was, Hal remained stationary and did not make a move.
