'Just control each particle to descend inside your arrow and then use the hammer and anvil of yours to seal them together.'

Arthur nodded this idea came initially from the golden dragon but he was speaking about using the normal hammer and anvil but Arthur decided to up the game and use one of the highest forms of forging from his past life.
