NARRATOR'S POV

                The young man stood his ground, azure eyes narrowed and focused. His gaze intense and burning with hate. Holding the sword, he waited.

What move will she do next?

Should he attack or stall time until Brennan is prepared?

Finally, he came to a conclusion. He lowered his sword, which took the red-haired woman by surprise.

"You promised me" he started, "you promised that you will tell me the truth if I pursued you," he said with searching eyes.

"Now, here I am. Tell me, what have you been doing behind my back?" he demanded.

"Have you ever been honest with me? Was there anything between us that had been genuine? Or all of it was nothing more than an orchestrated fantasy that you created?" he asked, he deserves an answer and he plans on getting them.

Amber sighed, "Did someone told you something?" she asked disappointedly.
