Chapitre 95: CHASING PREYS

NARRATOR'S POV

                The young men made it a meadow, a huge plot of land with no trees that will serve as their protection. The open land is filled with grass and flowers, which shine under the pale silver moonlight. A breeze came across carrying the scent of bark and grass. Up in the sky, there is the moon dimly shining- it's about half moon now. A painful reminder of the little time they have left.

The beautiful scenery came with a dreadful feeling because the moment they cross the field, they will be in a vulnerable state- like an open buffet waiting to be indulged in.

"We need to run fast," Robbie said in a low voice, the younger man nodded as a reply.

The travelers, walk towards the field silently and swiftly- only the sound of their legs brushing against the grass could be heard. Along with the hooting of the owls and cricking of the insects.
