After more than one month of traveling, the family of four finally arrived in Jing City.

The family of four checked into an inn and rested for a day before Yu Feng took them all up the mountain. Instead of taking a carriage, Yu Feng decided to walk up to enjoy the scenery she had often seen in the past. 

Both Pei Yan and Pei Zi were accompanying them as well. This time, the shadow guards were tasked to carry the two little kids as they climbed up the mountain.

Initially, Qin Yi Chen wanted to walk beside his parents with his pair of short legs. But after a while, the little boy was too tired and had let Pei Zi carry him on his shoulder. Meanwhile, his little brother was carried by their father.

Qin Yi Chen watched the scenery around him from a higher ground and became excited. He had heard that his mother lived in this part of the mountain during her childhood and was curious to see the place.
