The sun moved closer towards the west, painting the sky with reddish-orange streaks. The temperature was dropping as time passed, and Duke Zale was yet to reach the village of Ambra. He had traveled without stopping anywhere for rest. The sooner he found the witch, the sooner he could execute his plans. His guards followed him closely, keeping an eye around them for danger.

The old Duke stopped, taking a look at the old map again. 'We have reached our destination.' He frowned, looking around him once again. However, the path they were on was completely deserted. There was not one person walking in this direction. The place was completely isolated, and there were no traces of any form of living species around him.
