Chapitre 2: CHAPTER 1 - THE BEGINNING (1)
Somewhere near Azur Lane, several enemies have been spotted, attacking the shipgirls who pledge to protect the base. Although these girls have a strong will to defend and protect the base, they are outnumbered. Not only are sirens attacking them, but a few Sakura Empire's ships are also attacking them alongside with sirens.
One of the leaders of Azur Lane, a blond-haired girl wearing a red cape, Prince of Wales launched several barrages against her enemies, hoping that they will be hit.
"Fire!!!! "The Prince of Wales screamed." Don't stop fighting them, this is our last defense! If the enemy passes through, it will put our base in danger.
A loud scream answering the order of their leader. They know that if they fall here, Azur Lane will be destroyed, and that's the last thing they want.
"We need to reclaim the supremacy of our air. If we manage to control for our side, we have a chance to win this battle, "Illustrious said while deploying another aircraft.
Even though she was only launching another aircraft, the planes were instantly shot down by enemies.
"Well, if that's easy, we are already claim the sky right now," Ark Royal said. "How do they manage to destroy our aircraft easily? ".
They recognized that the technology of sirens were greater than them, but the sirens should have their own limitations and capabilities to do so. They can't just shooting their planes that easily.

The aircraft were destroyed by the enemy. They know it's pointless to send another plane, but they don't have any choice.
"The situation is pretty rough right now, Wales," Hood said. "I really hate to say this, but the opponents are very powerful, not to mention the Sakura Empires on their side."
"Hiryuu, Souryuu, Zuikaku and Shoukaku. There are just four of them, but they have sirens at their fingertips, "Wales said. "Our reinforcements are coming in three days, we need to hold them here. After all, our battles are close to our base.
"Three days to go!!! We don't have enough time to do that. Right now, we 're barely holding them, "Ark Royal said. "I just need a few little destroyers to replenish my energy.

There are four shipgirls on the other side of this battle that can be see, one of them is complaining about something.
"My Senpai, my mean Senpai really is pushing me to fight them. You think so, Zuikaku, "asked the fifth Sakura Empire carrier, Shoukaku.
"Please take this very seriously, Shoukaku-nee. This is our chance to prove to our Senpai that we are worthy of this, "Zuikaku said. She know this is their chances to show their Senpai how superior they were. Even though, they probably know that it is one of the Akagi, the flagship of the Sakura Empire scheme.
"I don't care what I know I can fight Azur Lane like this," Hiryuu said. "The one who launches the first strikes win, carrier planes take off".
Several aircraft were deployed by Hiryuu, targeting Azur Lane's ships. With sirens helping them, the Sakura Empire managed to gain air supremacy easily.
"Being impatient like that is not good, Hiryuu", Souryuu said. "Looking at current situation, we might winning this battle easily".
They know, however, that kind of thought will set them back. They're talking about Azur Lane, after all. Several attempts were made to destroy the base, but the results are still the same. They have failed to destroy their base, even with the technology of sirens. This time, however, is different. They will win one by one fight with them for some reason.
"We normally can't get near their base, after all, they 're going to destroy the sirens in a minute. But this time is different, they 're struggling, "Shoukaku said. "I truly believe this is the Akagi-Senpai scheme. Can we please go home and threaten Akagi-senpai for that? ".
These girls didn't know what Akagi was thinking, after all they just got an order from Akagi to assault Azur Lane.
Zuikaku said nothing to Shoukaku. However, she's still thinking about it. Suddenly, she sees someone she really wants to fight.
A white, purple-eyed girl, using a bow as her main weapon. The famous ship of the Eagle Union. The Lucky E, the most famous nickname, the "Grey Ghost" ,Enterprise.
"Enterprise!!! "Zuikaku screamed. Then, she move straight to her without worrying about it. "At last, a worthy opponent to fight me, our battle is going to be legendary."

"I need to locate their flagship," Enterprise said. "If I succeed in destroying her, we potentially have a chance to force them to retreat."
"Yeah, well. We can help with that, if we manage ... ," before Cleveland manages to finish her sentence, Enterprise is already moving toward the enemy. Cleveland's brain stop working for a moment. After she is not expecting Enterprise will do that, leaving the shipgirls confused.
"This girl!! Why she is very complicated!!," Cleveland screamed while another shipgirls tried to calm her down.
A few minutes later, Enterprise is still searching the flagship. She probably thinks that it would be Souryuu, while Shoukaku is also one of the possibilities.
Then, she hears a voice, yells at her. It's Zuikaku, the number one rival of Enterprise (acknowledge by Zuikaku herself).
"I don't even have time for you," Enterprise said. "But I just don't have a choice. Hopefully, this will not take time too much" .

Boomm......Boommmm....BOOOMMMMM....
After suffering major air or sea assaults, Azur Lane shipgirls were seriously damaged. Some of them are severely wounded, unable to fight any more.
Wales is trying to think, but it's pointless. Their attacks can easily be countered by their enemies. Planes, torpedoes, anti-aircraft, unexpectedly seem to be malfunctioning.
"I need a report now. What is our condition? ," Wales asked.
"It doesn't look good, Wales." Hood responded. "Enterprise is dealing with the Sakura Empire on its own, its situation is very bad right now. Sirens keep attacking her, but she also manage to fend off Zuikaku. We've also lost about 60% of our ships. They 're no longer capable of fighting right now ".
Suddenly, they hear a loud blast. They saw that Ark Royal was flying over them. Without thought, they 're both heading straight to the Ark Royal.
"Is she still alive", asked Wales. Hood try looking at Ark Royal, touching her body and pulse.
"Thankfully, she still alive, but I doubt she can fight anymore", Hood said. "Wait, Ark Royal seems to said something,
Both of them try to listen to Ark Royal.
"Please...please burn my destroyers book collection under my bed", Ark Royal said. Then, she unconscious.

Both of them stay silently and leaving Ark Royal alone. They really have to time for Ark Royal right now and suddenly Illustrious come towards them.
"Looks like we have to retreat, Wales", said Illustrious. Her condition is not looking good. She has been hit by the sirens.
Wales is reluctant. After all the retreating means that their base will be destroyed. Nevertheless, she still has no options. Most of her allies have been badly injured. The base can be replace, but their life is not replaceable.
Enterprise also in bad condition, she receives plenty attacks from different enemies either from sirens nor Sakura Empire.
Reinforcement will come in three days but they even can't manage to hold them for one day.
"We need miracles", said Wales and Enterprise.
Suddenly, the sky is becoming dark. All of the stop fighting and look at the sky. There's a loud sound after that. Some of them were scared and embracing each other. Then they saw two lights come through the sky and moving toward their position.
When the lights hit the ocean, massive energy has been released, leaving the ocean unstable. Most of them are unable to control their balance and fall down.
They can't see clearly because of the fog. It's blocking them.
"Reinforcements? ", Zuikaku asked.
"That is impossible, our reinforcements will come in three days", Wales said. "They do not have the abilities to this.
Not all of them are moving, attempting to analyze the situation. Then, they hear sound likes swords clashing each other.
KLANGGG.......
The fog which surrounding them is gone due to affect of the swords clashing others. Then, they saw two men, standing and attacking each other.
Klang.....klang....klang,.....
It's Kay and Wiseman, reaching a place they don't belong to. It's a place called Azur Lane.

Wiseman and Kay are fighting each other and then unleashing their skills. Kay uses his lightning ability and combines it with his sword. After that, he's going straight to Wiseman.
"Your attack might kill people, but it's not enough to kill me," Wiseman said. He counters Kay 's strike, then.
Both of them flying, the after affect of the strike.
BANGGGG!!!
"Ouch...Thats hurts...Looks like I hit some ship", Kay said. "Black ship with red stripes, you really have some weird tastes. Well, sorry about that".
"Now, I hope you not running like you usually do, Wiseman", Kay said. He looks at Wiseman, several hundred meters from him.
Then Kay uses his power to travel straight to Wiseman in less than a second. He tried to strike him, but he managed to block him every single time.
They 're both to focus, they don't realize they 're attacking each other in front of the shipgirls who look very confused.
"Who are they? "Wales asked. "Both of them are very powerful. They just look like humans, but their strength is different from ordinary.
"I don't know", answered Illustrious. "However, they don't care about their surrounding right now. Hood!! This might be our chances.
Before Illustrious try to tell something, she suddenly stops. After all, she saw two men already stop attacking but still in attacking stance.
"What are they doing", asked Enterprise. She looks at Kay and Wiseman. Then, their swords are glowing. "Don't tell me!!!".
Both of them are ready to give a final blow, finishing their battle in one last attack, once and for all.

A circle of lightning around Kay 's body, his sword absorbs his power, shines with lightning, and is prepared to unleash the attack. In other direction, Wiseman also ready to start off his attack. +
"We've got to move now!!! "Hood shouted. "If we remain here, we 're probably going to get involved in their attack.
"Most of our allies, unable to move right now. They 're seriously hurt and can't move as quickly as we do, "Illustrious said. "If we move now, we 're going to leave them behind.
Wales is worried about it. If they can talk to the guys, it'll be helpful, but it's too risky to get close to them. It's going to be disastrous.
At the other hand, Zuikaku looks unhappy, after all the chances of defeating Enterprise are stopped because of the guys. It's the first time she manages to overcome Enterprise, and she looks very happy about it, even though Shoukaku and the sirens are helping her.
Zuikaku is heading slowly towards Kay and Wiseman. She's very angry at that. Her sister, Shoukaku, is trying to calm her down.
"Where are you going, Zukaiku?", Shoukaku asked. "Don't tell me. Zuikaku, stops!! Calm yourself".
Zuikaku doesn't listen and moves in the direction of Kay and Wiseman.
"Zuikaku!!!!!!!!", Shoukaku screamed while follows Zuikaku.

Kay and Wiseman and ready to unleash their final attack. Both of them don't realize fifth carrier of Sakura Empire, Zuikaku is moving towards them. The only thing they know is try to kill each other.
"Entertain me, Kay", Wiseman said.
"Shut up! My power is oath to protect people. Not to entertain people". Kay said.
They 're just a few hundred meters apart, but this distance is nothing to them. After all, both of them can cover the distance just a mere second.
"Let do this", said Kay and Wiseman.
Targeting each other head is pretty common to act as final attack but not this time. After all, they don't realize Zuikaku is in the middle between them.
Zuikaku is stuck in between them. This is the worst decision that Zuikaku has made. She's misjudging their abilities completely. Leaving her in the middle of a disaster.
Wiseman see Zuikaku presence and cancel his attack. However, he still aiming his next attack for Kay.
"What the.....",Kay said. "What are this girl doing here? Who is she to begin with? Kay is hesitating but he know he to do something.
Kay unleash his power in last minute while attacking, then he use his left hand and hugs Zuikaku, moving towards his body.
"What.....", Zuikaku said.
Kay, however still not forgetting his objective. Instead attacking Wiseman's head, he uses another option. He attacking his back.
"Attacking from behind!! I'm sorry but that not gonna wo...", before Wiseman manages to finish his sentences.
Slash...
Wiseman's arm has been cut by Kay's sword. His sword fell along side with his arm. Wiseman is not screaming nor stopping the blood. He just left it to be. He's coughing blood.
"You 're able to assault me with fake attack while hugging an unknown girl. Yeah, that's most definitely you. I'm probably going to die if I'm a normal human, "Wiseman said.
"You 're immortal. This attack is nothing, "Kay said while hugging Zuikaku. "Where am I now, then? This place is unfamiliar to me.
"That's what you need to find out. My job here has been completed. You 're free to do whatever you like as long as you finish your duty, "Wiseman said.
"Yeah, I don't trust you anymore", said Kay. He doesn't trust the words that come from Wiseman. After all, he ran away from answering his key questions. " I probably should try kill you right now".
Wiseman is smiling at Kay. And, unexpectedly, he disappeared. Leaving Kay alone in an unknown world.
"I really should target his head. At least I can ask him a few more questions", said Kay. "Well, there are nothing I can do right now".
Kay is looking at his surroundings. He saw some girls with strange-looking armor. They look like a ship's weapon. Some of these girls have been seriously wounded. He sees a black ship with red stripes, too. Then, he hears someone yelling.
"Zuikaku!!", Shoukaku yelled.
"Probably the name of this girl that I am still hugging. Looking at the current situation, this place is a battlefield, and I'm in the middle of the war, "Kay said. "Let's just ask them a question."
"Ermm....Excuse me, can you please release me," Zuikaku asked. Kay had been embracing her for a while, but the fight was over. She knew that Kay had saved her life, and that's why she asked politely.
"Opps, sorry little girl, you unexpectedly pop up out of nowhere. Consider that you're lucky this time, "Kay said while releasing Zuikaku.
Zuikaku then head straight to Shoukaku. Her sister embraced her right away.
All shipgirls that watching Kay's fight are standstill. They do not know what Kay's next plan. Even Sakura Empire are still analyze the situation.
"Wales, what should we do?", asked Hood.
"I don't know", Wales answered. "Looks like he wants to say something".
Kay's got a deep breath. Even now, in the current situation, there are two factions that represent both the good and the bad sides. Choosing the right side is the better option right now. He doesn't know which one, however.
"All right, which one of you is the good side and the bad side", asked Kay while holding his sword.
