Chapitre 91: Dameon - Backstory

The first time I met him, was on the morning of my 6th birthday. I had jovially ran down the stairs of the mansion, rushing towards the door to welcome my father and receive my present when I was met with a boy slightly older than me.

He was taller and had a pensive look on his face. I wasn't all too bothered by him at that moment, just wondering why this kid looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulder.

I disregarded him, tilting my head upwards as I met the sky blue eyes of the older gentleman beside him— my father. I broke into a grin, hugging the man as I pushed past the boy and wrapped my arms around his legs.

"Daddy! Where's my present? You're finally home!" I exclaimed excitedly— however, his attention wasn't on me as I felt my body immediately cast aside before the boy from earlier was wrapped in my father's arms.
