Chapitre 53: The Stranger

Byung was tired of job hunting, he was not going anywhere with this and realized he might need help from others but this was one thing he did not like doing.

He considered going to the shop he worked in previously to request if a slot was available and explain the circumstance regarding his arrest but this was a long shot and the thought of rejection was scary enough, it was not worth the gamble.

Then, what Ki-tae said to him about his parents got him thinking, why did he say that at that very moment? Surely, it had to be an attempt to wriggle free from his grasps but the brute force was also an option.

"Arrgghh! I hate over-thinking!" Byung shouted, roughing up his hair in frustration. As much as he hated it, it seemed like he had no choice but to revisit that damned place.

He suddenly missed the ordinary life he had once despised. He did not overdress considering this was not an important occasion but more like a casual visit.
