I pace across the hallway in front of Zach's room, it was closed off by spells but I could still sense the intensity of the dark magic.

I was currently waiting for the Healers to bring me a spelled robe, September had been in there for close to three days and everything else at the castle was in limbo.

Everyone else walked on pins and needles and most of the guards as well as Styxx had long gone to support the low scale attacks of the Beast.

Maybe September and Selena getting away from him enraged him because he was pissed, the entirety of the North was in chaos.

Darrell hadn't brought up the issue of bonding and that was just fine with me, they were immortals after all and as soon as the 9th Holy War was over they wild return to their power play.

The robe preparation seems to take forever but I don't blame them, I could truly be in danger if something went wrong.
