Chapitre 47: Chapter 45: Unknown figure

"Mom!" I called out. Mom looked up, hearing my voice. Her tears streamed down her face.

"Honey.." She said, standing up and walk towards me. I walk towards her and give her a hug and caress her back. I glance at the side and saw Dad, lying on the bed with eyes closed. Mom pulled away from her hug, "What happened, Mom?"

"Your Dad.. he... He just suddenly collapsed on the kitchen and I... I don't know what to do" I hug my Mom again as she continued to cry, not able to continue the sentence. I caressed her back, looking at Dad.

Dad collapsed? But why…

"He'll be okay, Mom. Dad is a fighter.. remember?" I said, aiding her to sit on a chair that is placed on the side of the bed. Mom continues to sob as tears flowed out, I put my Mom's head gently on my shoulder for support as I continued to caress her shoulder.
