Chapitre 2: Chapter One
Lilian's P.O.V
I woke up to the smell of bacon, eggs and my mom singing like she usually does in the morning while making breakfast. Normally I would lay in bed untill my mom called me down to eat, but there's arrangements to be made, people to see and a secret plan needs to be put together.
Monique and Nicky are my bestfriends, they have been since we were five. Last summer we came across this book that has no cover page and no title, the back of the book consists only of a map that we decided to follow and see where is leads us.
My phone starts to vibrate and when the screen lights up I see its Nicky calling me."Morning sleepy head." She says probably thinking I'm still in bed. "Morning Nicky you ready for the trip?" I ask her but she took a while before responding.
"Yeah just a little nervous I guess"
"Don't stress about it, have you spoken to any of the guys yet?"
"Yep, Josh will meet me here and we will meet the rest of you at Nathan's house since his parents are gone for the weekend."
"Great I'll get ready and meet you guys there in an hour, later cutie."
"Bye Lily"
After I got ready I told my mom I was spending the weekend as Nathan's place with the rest of the group just to be save. Once I got there they were all sitting in the living room talking about where this map might lead us and what we'll find.
"Hey guys, sorry I'm late had to come up with some excuse so my mom wouldn't get suspicious." I told them
"Hay babe, you ready for this?" My boyfriend Marcio asked when he saw me.
"Guess I am, how about you?" I asked knowing he loves to travel so of course he was ready, probably the only one that's not nervous about this whole trip.
"As always." He said kissing me and walking back to the rest of the group.
"Where are you guys going?" Nathan's little sister asked when she walked into the living room. Crap my whole excuse will probably fail if she rats us out and Nathans mom tells my mom about our secret trip.
"Just gonna go camping for the weekend, and you are going to stay with grams." He told her to keep her from asking to much questions.
She didnt say anything else just went back to her room to pack her bags so she could go to their grandma for the weekend. I was just sitting on the coutch next to Monique when suddenly my phone's screen light came on. A messege from Marcio which is weird cause he is sitting right in front of me. I unlock my phone to see what he said.
♡Babe♡: You sure you're ready for this you seem a bit nervous?
Me: Yeah Im okayy, Why do you say I look nervous?
♡Babe♡: I can see the look on you're face babe, you sure you are okayy?
Me: Just missing you ;-)
♡Babe♡: Stop trying to be sweet to change the subject, smartass.
Me: Im really okayy babe chill.
I locked my phone and put it back in my pocket. We all got up and walked to the kitchen cause Nathan wanted to pack road snacks."Is this really nessessary?" Josh asked signing. "Yeah dude, what else are we gonna eat?" Nathan asked in a stern but playfull voice.
After Nathan packed snacks and drinks for the road we all got our bags and went outside to put them in the van Nahan got for his 18th birthday. Josh couldn't keep his eyes off of Nicky and she also just stared at him like a little girl drooling over candy.
Monique and Nathan sat in front. Since Nathan was driving,Monique called shotgun not that anyone else would have wanted to sit in the passenger seat cause I was without doubt sitting next to my baby and Im guessing Nicky and Josh had the same idea.
After four long hours of driving we finally arrived at the hotel we would be staying in for the night. The hotel wasn't far from a lake so we decided to go for a swim after leaving our bags in our rooms.
As you might have suspected I was sharing a room with Marcio, Nathan and Monique had their own room, and so did Josh and Nicky. After we settled in we changed into our swimsuits and went straight to the lake.
