Maya's POV
Today we watched my brother Benedict and my best friend, Lisa get inside my mom's SUV car since it has been one month after I married my husband, my only love, Adonis. And they are going to spend one week's vacation on the beautiful Island of La Trinidad, and it feels so wonderful to watch them together even though I know Lisa already gave up her hopes to be with my brother.
But I asked her one more time since my husband bought the gift certificates just for them, we briefed all our friends during the wedding to give Lisa a chance to be with my brother, and even until now I feel guilty about it that she doesn't know we sabotage the game so she can have the bouquet, and Ben can catch the garter. And watching them together right now saying their goodbyes to us made my heart swell with happiness, and I hope one week is enough for them to get closer with each other.
