Chapitre 143: The Bad News

Adonis's POV

I still want to talk with Maya, but I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore because I felt sleepy. And no matter how I want to stare at her lovely face, I fell asleep before I can kiss her again. I don't know how many hours I slept and when I wake up I couldn't find her. I called her name, and it was Ariana who answered me, and she moved closer to me near my bed. 

"Maya left for a while to get some painting materials from her condo unit because she will be staying here with you. She has been dying to spend time with you, Adonis." She said, and I smiled at my sister.

"Thank you so much, Ariana. I am sorry if I became a burden to you." I said, and she looked at me with a sweet smile on her face.
