Chapitre 14: DISSAPPOINTED

I got disappointed by what Lianno did. He was the one who invited me to go out, but he was also the one who could not go. I know that I'm at fault also because I expected something from him. I deeply sighed, I looked at the two of them and smiled.

"Let's just eat" I walked towards them and sit in front of the table. I saw them following me and sitting as well on my front.

The three of us eat silently. They would glance at me from time to time, making it awkward for us. I ignored what they're doing and continue eating in peace. Minutes passed and we are now lying down on the carpeted floor. I opened the latest book that I borrowed from the library. I started flipping the pages and begun reading.

"Are you ok, Celestina?" A sweet, soft voice suddenly said. I averted my eyes to Jea who is lying down on the carpeted floor.

"Why wouldn't I be?" I asked her back. She shrugged her shoulders and closed her eyes again. I furrowed my brows, getting confused, and get back to reading.

"Isabela, I want to go outside," I said to her pouting my lips. She looks at me weirdly then smiled.

"I'll ask the head servant first if it's okay" Isabela stood up from lying down and head out. I looked at Jea and saw her looking at me as well. I raised my brow at her to ask if she has something to say. She shook her head and smiled.

Isabela returned a few minutes later with a piece of good news in her hand.

"CELESTINA!! The head servant said… YES!" Isabela is jumping out of joy while delivering good news. I giggled at her cute reaction.

"We can leave later when one of the royal cars arrived, but you need to wear this black laced scarf around your neck" Isabela is showing me a beautiful black laced scarf in her hands with a golden rose pin on its side.

I nodded at her and ran quickly towards the bathroom to change my clothes. I wore a simple white polo pairing it up with a black mini plaid trumpet skirt, and black flat gladiator boots. A few minutes later I also went out and go to my dresser to put on some makeup.

I'm waiting for Isabela and Jea because they also dress up. I saw them half-running towards my direction. They are both wearing a black dress with a black lace scarf around their neck

"We're sorry for making you wait," Isabela said as she placed the black lace scarf around my neck.

"No worries" I smiled at them.

Two guards are waiting for us outside leading us to the garage. A McLaren P1 LM is waiting for us. The guards are leading me to the gold McLaren while Isabela and Jea are going on the black one.

"Lady Celestina, please wear your seatbelt," One of the guards respectfully reminded me.

I obliged his command and wear the seatbelt for my safety. We arrived at a gigantic shopping center. I saw a great number of people going in and out. My jaw instantly dropped while looking at this. Glass wall is all over this place, showing the extravagant inside of the mall.

"Celestina, let's go inside" I looked at Jea and nodded at her remarks.

We walked towards the entrance. Welcomed with the weird stares that people are giving us.

"Am… why are they staring at us" I whispered in Isabela's ears who is at the right side of me. Jea is on my left side while the two guards are in the back following us.

"Just ignore them, Celestina" Isabela whispered back.

I nodded at her response, trying hard to ignore the stares given by the people. We proceeded to a footwear shop. My eyes wandered around the shop and got amazed by what I saw. Different kinds of shoes, but mostly are gladiators. I guess gladiators are pretty popular here.

"Celestina, just get what you want, we have a card with us, don't worry," Jea said smirking, while already looking at some shoes.

"Okay," I answered while walking around to see if something will catch my attention.

A few walking later then I ended up on the far end of the shop. A red diamond gladiator caught my attention. I look closer at it and got shocked by its price. I was about to leave when Jea suddenly came to my place and look at the shoes that I'm looking for earlier.

"Celestina do you want this one," She asked me while checking out the shoes. I didn't answer her question as I do feel sorry for the price.

"You want this, right?" She asked me again while looking at me.

I didn't admit that I wanted the shoes, but as I look at her, I know that she already knows that I liked the shoes. She smiled at me then she took my hand and pulled me to the front of the store where Isabela is waiting patiently for us.

"Isabela, Celestina has already chosen a choose" Jea informed Isabela.

"What is it, Celestina?" Isabela asked me.

"But it's very expensive" I pouted at them. They both giggled at what I said.

"No worries," Isabela answered back, showing a wide smile.

Jea goes to the sales attendant. I saw the sales attendant smiling widely after Jea said something. They proceed to talk to each other for a few minutes until I saw the shoes being packed by the same attendant.

"Thank you for buying at our store," The sales attendant said before bowing to us.

I also smiled at her before proceeding on walking. We decided to eat first before buying some clothes.

"What do you want?" Isabela asked me.

"I'll just have a Cheesy bacon burger, large fries, and a diet coke" I answered while reading the menu.

And then we proceed to eat with the two bodyguards with us.

"Jea, do you want this?" I asked her while showing a black lantern sleeve Aline dress.

She shyly nodded her head that made me giggle. I also took one for Isabela but an off-shoulder kind one.

"Jea, I'll just look outside for a restroom" I informed her.

"Do you want me to come with you?" I shake my head as a response to her question.

"I'll be quick," I informed her, readying to walk away.

"I'll just go to the restroom" I also informed the two guards. I saw them looking at each other before nodding at my words.

While walking towards the bathroom. I saw a petty sight that made me disappointed, big time. My chest tightened looking at the two people not so far away from my place. Lianno together with a girl is talking to each other and having fun.
