"After making them I am going to attempt to make a barrier artifact with minimalistic materials. It is why I have continued to practice with celestial ores."

He was proficient enough to use rank 2 materials with waste, he could even mix in some rank 3 and attempt to make Tier 6 or 7 items already. Normally the results should be poor, but Eldrian seemed to have this ability to somehow ignore his shortcomings to finish projects.
