Chapitre 40: Chapter 9

Vukan brushed past him and headed back for the living room where the duo soon occupied. Silence tore between them for a while and it was slowly beginning to get bothersome for the two. Vukan shifted uncomfortably on the couch, while Oliver took intermittent look at his phone's screen as if he was expecting something or a message from someone. 

Finally beyond his limit to overlook, Vukan snapped out, "Should I leave?" 

Confused and caught off guard, Oliver replied in a perplexed tone. "What are you talking about?>" 

Vukan chose to stew for a moment, ignoring the question while he toyed with his finger. His anger had slowly begun to boil and it threatened to boil through as well. He sighed aloud and shook his head fervently while his desire to speak slowly began to take hold.
