Chapitre 96: Chapter 96: Not a Very Nice Welcome

"Where are we?"

  Cainne kept turning his head to scan the surroundings with a raised eyebrow. It seems that he didn't expect to end up like this. I, too, was thinking the same way. Who would have thought that we'll end up by the seashore once again? 

    "I-I don't know either… I also just woke up." I answered his question as I lowered my head to see my lap. It's a shame that I first woke up but couldn't be able to identify where we are. Not to mention, I was the first one to feel unconscious by that sleeping spell we just encountered earlier. It seems that I'm not really fit for battles and other stuff, huh?

"Is that so?" He just accepted my answer and tried to stand up from sitting down. As I noticed this, I reached out for his arms and supported him while he was correcting his posture. I knew that it was hard to stand from a short slumber since I also felt the pain and heaviness earlier.
