Chapitre 3: Marineford
A few weeks later the Marine ship arrived at Marineford, Garp and Zeus both got off and started walking in the town around the Marine base building. Zeus was loking around at the shops and people before stooping and focusing on one shop in particular "Gramps can you buy me some stuff?" Garp looked in the direction his grandson was looking and asked "Why do you want a mask?" Zeus just said "To hide my identity, plus masks are cool! Ya damn old geezer" Garp tuned to his grandson before knocking his on the head with his fist "Fine you damn brat go, ill get what you need"
A while later they were finally in front of the Marine HQ building Zeus turned to Garp and said "Hey Gramps one more thing, can you not use my real name?" Garp looked puzzled and just shook his head "Fine brat but, for all these requests i'm doubling your training." Zeus froze and started shaking "No um Gramps, my dear grampa who I love so much can we forget about that?" as he tried to put a puppy face which was hidden behind the mask. Garp laughed "BWAHAHAHA You brat trying to pull one over on your dear grampa eh? maybe i should show you a little love?" as Garp raised his fist. Zeus shook even more "NONONO that's okay grampa I don't ne-" before his could finish Garp hit him right on the head causing another bump to appear. Garp laughed as Zeus rubbed the bump and said "Alright brat let's go" Carrying Zeus under his arm as they walked towards Fleet Admiral Sengoku's office.
Inside Sengoku's office, a man with a braided beard and a white hat that had 'MARINES' printed with a seagull on top, sat at a desk and went over documents with a bored face.
knock* knock*
"Come in" Sengoku said, but the door didn't move he looked at the door before opening his mouth to say something but he never got the chance because Garp smashed through the wall beside the door. Sengoku looked at Garp before snapping "GARP! WHY DID YOU EVEN KNOCK IF YOU WERE GONNA BREAK THROUGH THE WALL?" Sengoku caught the mistake in his words before snapping again "WHY DID YOU BREAK THE WALL INSTEAD OF USING THE DOOR!! AGAIN!" Garp just laughed and put down Zeus who was still a little dizzy from smashing through the wall. Sengoku looked at Zeus and was wondering why Garp brought a kid with him, he looked at the kid who was wearing swimming shorts, straw sandals, a white t-shirt with a blue lightning bolt on it and to top it all off he had a white Kitsune mask with red details. "Garp who is-" Sengoku turned to Garp before snapping again "GARP WHY ARE YOU EATING MY FUCKING RICE CRACKERS!" Garp just laughed "BWAHAHAH BECAUSE I LIKE EATING YOU RICE CRACKERS YOU GOLDEN BASTARD BWAHAHAH" Sengoku took in a deep breath before shaking his head and turning to Zeus again "Garp who is this?" Garp stopped laughing and said "I found him on an island and adopted him as my grandson he is gonna become a marine." Sengoku pinched the bridge of his nose before sighing "Alright fine he'll be under your care. How old is he and what's his name?" Garp thought for a bit before replying "He's 7 years old and his name is ... Kurama.. but Sen" Garps expression turned serious "he ate the Goro-Goro no mi." Sengoku's eyes shot open as he abruptly stood up "Are you sure?" Garp laughed and stood up walking towards Zeus and punched right through him without using any Haki before grinning "Oh yeah, i'm sure." Sengoku's expression turned to a happy one before he nodded and said " Good, then he'll be in your care I want an admiral Garp." Garp laughed and shook his head but Sengoku didn't notice because he was staring at Zeus with pure excitement. Zeus looked at Sengoku and Garp trying his best to hold in his laughter 'Admiral, yea right as if i would become a dog for those celestial bastards' he thought to himself chuckling inwardly. Garp turned around and grabbed Zeus up "Let's go" as he walked towards the door before smashing through the wall again but on the other side of the door this time laughing as he walked away. Sengoku growled "GAAAARRRP!!" Then sat back down in his chair before picking up a Den Den mushi "Please come and fix the walls in my office... again."
Garps and Zeus were heading back to Garp's house and on the way there marines were watching and whispering to themselves.
"Hey who's that kid with Vice-Admiral Garp?"
"I don't know maybe his son or something?"
"IDIOT! Do you know how old the Vice-Admiral is? How could he possibly have a son that young?"
"I don't know maybe he likes young women?"
Zeus looked around at the whispering marines before whispering to Garp "Gramps you sure do attract a lot of attention, also why did you tell Sengoku about my powers, HE will find out." Garp was silent before looking at Zeus and walking into the house and putting Zeus down pointing at a chair at the table as he sat down himself. Garp looked at his grandson and said "Listen brat im only gonna ask this once. Why do you hate him so much?" Zeus looked at Garp for a bit then took off his mask and sighed "Gramps, when i was with Luffy before i got my Devil Fruit i got hit on the head pretty hard and passed out for 2 days." Zeus took a deep breath before continuing "while i was passed out i had a vision it was extremely real." Garp's expression went serious as he asked " what did you see?" Zeus looked him start in the eyes and said " Ace dying" Garp's eyes shot wide open and his Haki began to spill out of his body making it difficult for Zeus to breathe "TELL ME NOW." Zeus tried to inhale before responding "It was in Marineford Ace was locked up and Luffy came with a bunch of pirates and Whitebeard and his crew were there too. A huge fight went on and finally Luffy managed to get Ace free, but while they were escaping HE went after them and almost killed Luffy before.. before"Zeus took a deep breath trying to control his emotions and then continued "before Ace pushed his out of the way and HIS fist went right through Ace's body. Ace died right there in Luffy's arms." Zeus was shaking trying to keep his emotions in check. Garp was seething at this point but managed to control himself before asking "Are you 100% sure that this wasn't a nightmare?" Zeus nodded his head before saying "Yes i believe it was a vision and not a dream." Garp took in a deep breath and said to Zeus "You want to be strong?" Zeus nodded he wanted to do anything he could to stop it, Garp nodded with a smile forming on his face before chuckling " Good then brat i'll be tripling your training." Zeus' face drained of all color before shaking his head like a rattle drum, full of fear. "Oh my sweet grandpa you already doubled it tripling wouldn't work we'll stay with just double how's that?" as he tried to put on the sweetest smile anyone's ever seen. Garp looked thought ful before replying "You know brat, you're right i already doubled it so tripling it would be 6 times the training originally. perfect that's what we'll do" Zeus just straight up fainted and Garp just laughed and walked away.
The next day Zeus training started, it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be just 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 Km run. It was a classic Saitama workout but Zeus still had some fears that he would go bald. While he was training he wore the kitsune mask and was thinking about what happened yesterday while he was talking to Garp, truthfully speaking he had to lie to Garp because he didn't have an explanation, what was he supposed to say? He reincarnated into Luffy's twin brother and came from a world where One Piece was just a story and that he knew almost anything that happened or was gonna happen? He couldn't say that, for more than one reason first of all Garp probably wouldn't believe him and the more important reason was he was scared. Yes, scared. Zeus was scared that if he told the truth Garp wouldn't treat him like his grandson anymore and Luffy wouldn't treat him like his brother, he didn't want to be alone he yearned for a family. Before he was sent to this world he didn't have one he was an orphan and all his relationships fell through, but now he does and he'll do anything to protect them as well as himself even if he has to lie. With newfound determination Zeus trained harder than before as time quickly passed.

Monkey_Godking OOF so i had to write this chapter twice because im computer died in the middle of it the first time but i think the second one was better anyway. Next chapter probably a little timeskip then a bunch of marine stuff. Sorry for the slow start but i think its neccesary and trust me it sucks to write slow parts and i cant just jump in time skipping everywhere lol.
