Chapitre 6: Well this is getting old
"Come on Obito you still have seventy more situps before you can even start the push-ups! At this rate we will have to do the lap around the village without you!"
So Guy is insane.
I've recently started to join Guy for some of his training. I tried to get Kakashi to join us but unfortunately all I was able to secure was Obito.
I'm mostly bluffing there's no way I'll survive the lap even Guy looks like he's ready to collapse but none of us are willing to be the first one to give up so we push.
"Hey Guy ready for the lap," please say no.
"Never better," he said his voice a little shaky
Just give up you stubborn maniac.
Getting ready to run, I once again pleaded with Guy to give up.
"Last chance Guy, I promise to not hold it against you."
"Nonsense Akinori I have plenty of energy to spare."
Just as we were about to start, Obito collapsed behind us.
Oh thank God.
"Let's call it a day for Obito sake," I said on the verge of falling over myself.
"Yeah."
Grabbing Obito i dragged him into the shade of a nearby tree and plopped myself down next to him followed shortly by Guy.
"Is Obito gonna be okay?" Guy asked concerned
"Ah... probably."

"Hey Sakumo watch this."
Putting a piece of paper with my pride and joy drawn meticulously on it onto a cup I set it on its side. Leaning in Sakumo watched closely as the motionless cup began to slowly gain momentum.
"Fuinjutsu," I said, raising my arms in celebration.
Sakumo seemed just as happy as I was grabbing the cup, setting it on once said of the table before letting it roll across again.
"When did you learn how to do this?" He asked.
"I've taken over your study. This is the result of years of study and practice. You have no idea how much paper I went through just to make this seal. I'm not very good at calligraphy, on a totally unrelated note we need more paper."
"Years huh."
"Hey I'm not lying, this seal is derived from your notes so yes it took years. I may not have been the one to put in the time but it's technically the truth."
"Which one don't I remember like this?"
"I said derived old man most of the stuff in your notes is a wee bit too complicated. hell I don't even understand how this seal works I just know it does."
We watched the cup roll around the house seeing if it had enough power to make it across various surfaces for quite some time. Kakashi looked disappointed in his father saying I'm stuff like I'm a bad influence. I guess I get it. I wasn't too fond of it when my parents did embarrassing stuff.
That was quite literally a lifetime ago.

"Kakashi, cover your ears and close your eyes. I'm about to get serious and I don't want you to see this side of me," to his credit he did leave the room.
"So… Sakumo mind if I ask some questions about my future occupation and your current job."
"Sure," he said, stuffing more curry into his face. I think I found his favorite food.
Pushing the rest of my curry to him I began.
"First question what's your day to day average Shinobi work life like?"
"Your average Shinobi has a lot of freedom in their choice of mission; typically you'll only be singled out for a mission if you have the specific requirements or your requested by the client."
That's reassuring.
"Ok next question what type of things can take priority over the mission."
"That's a really good question, not something many consider until they are in such a delicate situation," Sakumo said, through a mouth full of food, "lots of things could come up the client doing something that could be harmful for the village. you run into another team of Shinobi from a different village. That's a tough one typically you would avoid conflict and attempt a diplomatic approach away form the clients if you have any. But if your mission conflict or the foreign Shinobi are hostile you've stumbled upon something they want to keep quiet. In this situation you are clear of fault and can kill or incapacitate them."
"Hmph? Ok…ok," that's a lot to think about.
"Final ques- where'd he go," Sakumo was gone from his seat, the bowls empty.
With the sound of a click I turn to my left to see Sakumo eating the rest of Kakashi's food.
"Sakumo?" Is he ignoring me?
"Sakumo!" I've lost him.
Getting up I left Sakumo alone.
Looking for Kakashi I found him behind the house.
"Kakashi, your father has been lost to gluttony."
Kakashi is currently throwing shurikens at a target behind a wooden post curving the shuriken in a way I doubt I could replicate anytime soon.
Setting myself down a little ways I let my mind wonder.
I'm glad Kakashi is considered a genius, at least then I know the standard is much lower and I don't have to worry about every Shinobi I meet being on par or even stronger than him.
What is the height of power a single Shinobi can possess?
Sakumo sees the Leaf village as the strongest Shinobi village. Is that true or is that just what he believes?
How many average Shinobi does it take to stand up to a kage? Is it even possible for an ordinary Shinobi to kill a kage?
There's a lot I wish I knew about this world and a lot I hope I get a chance to explore but until that day arrives I need to be able to survive.
Ok thats enough free thinking time.
Standing up I pick up a shuriken and attempt to curve its trajectory.

so I've decided to go with a less grounded Fuinjutsu which gives me a lot more to play with. I think I'll thrown things like Juinjutsu (curse seal techniques) in the same category with the two being different branches of the same tree all called Fuinjutsu. I much prefer this type of Fuinjutsu.
