Chapitre 75: A Brother's Advice

[Adrian's POV]

"Tell me, Bro," Adrian began, pausing to release the longest sigh he'd ever have. He looked up at the hospital ceiling and thumped the back of his head against the wall. "How do I let go of the love I thought would last a lifetime, in exchange for the love I've been waiting for since forever?"

Silence met his ears for a couple of seconds. At first, he thought Aaron was simply analyzing his predicament in his point of view. But when Adrian snapped his head back to look at his brother, his eyes hardened into a glower.

Aaron had the face of someone cringing over a bad romance movie. He had Adrian raising his hands to shield his face when Aaron threatened to throw an apple at him. "Get over yourself, asshole. You're not that special."

"I'm being serious, okay? You said you'll give me advice!"
