Chapitre 337: Divide and Conquer, Part 1

After class, Mr. Wilson gave us the usual lecture about not texting during class. Michelle and I both listened and then headed out. 

"I'll see you later," I said to Michelle, starting to walk off.

I stopped and let out a deep breath. "Yes?"

She gave me a small smile. "Don't worry about Dakota. He probably thinks that Anae is just being nice." She shrugged. "Guys are oblivious like that."

"Well, he'd better open his eyes if he wants to keep me." I turned and headed to my next class, not wanting to get into any more trouble today.

My classes before lunch went by too quickly. For all too soon, the bell rang for lunch. I had mixed emotions about going, not wanting to see Dakota at the moment. But maybe he thought that Anae was just being friendly, like Michelle said. Either way, we were going to have to talk. I didn't want to be the jealous girlfriend, but if it was starting to come between Dakota and me, then he had to know.
