Chapitre 220: Chapter 220: Burning Connection

As I feel the grass under my feet, I can’t really put together how everything started. My mind is blocked somehow, but I know that I made it this far alone.

Everywhere I look I see trees, foliage, nature. But who am I? Why am I here? How did I get here?

Slowly I approach a small peaceful lake, and the only reason I am getting there is because I feel so very thirsty. Why am I feeling so thirsty though? How long have I been here? My head starts to hurt with so many questions.

I kneel to the edge of the lake so I can drink, and I jump a few steps back startled by my reflection. A wolf?!

I look myself up and down as my bottom lays on the grass and I can see for sure human legs. Around me there is nothing or no one, perhaps I imagined things. Slowly, crawling carefully, I approach the edge again, and as soon as I peek, the same wolf faces me. This time, I stare at it back, not backing away.

‘You found me… don’t lose me again…’
