Her palm stayed longer upon the door neither retreating back nor knocking further. She knew who was at fault and was responsible for this situation. She caused pain to those whom she adored dearly. Life throws people in unimaginable situations, and makes them choose selfishly. She was somehow to be blamed for this all. Guilt overtook her being as she pressed her forehead upon the cold shut door. Tears dropped from her eyes uncontrollably. "I'm sorry Mia." She whispered. If only she spoke the truth things would be different from now...

April's expressions took drastic changes when she heard the man speak. Even though the music was loud he was audible. She could recognise his voice immediately.
