Chapitre 160: Chapter 158 Rei

So, she leaned her head on my chest and started crying loudly. She then clutched onto my T-shirt, and I patted her head while hugging her. But as I was hugging Rei, who was crying, I looked over to the door.
As usual, the girls were there, including Shizuka and Saya. They were peeking from the gap of the slightly opened door. So, when I caught them peeking, they immediately ran away.
While I was waiting for her to stop crying, I started to think where I should be going from here. Transportation wasn't a problem, location wasn't a problem, logistic wasn't a problem, but where should I go.
At first, I wanted to go to the countryside, because I could possibly just rule over the city. Then I could do whatever I wanted to do, like driving my car, making another war reenactment, making a festival, or anything, I could do it freely. And if the city was so secluded from the city, it would be more perfect, as I could do more things.
But the downside was that I won't bet getting into much of drama, fighting, and war. Everyone wanted to clear their area or city first, before they explored the other areas.
Of course, I could explore the other areas around the city that I 'ruled' over, but it was kind of too much a hassle. I don't have any purpose to clear the areas around the city that I 'ruled' over, and I don't get any benefits from it.

And so, I walked out to the yard of the mansion while carrying Rei, who was embarrassed yet happy. Of course, the yard was filled by people that were still trying to control themselves.
While Souichiro was trying to keep his men's morale up, and Yuriko was just sitting at the stage, as they don't have the courage to enter the same room as the one that I entered. From the look of it, Souichiro was really acting that nothing had happened, while Yuriko was different, she was silently sitting on the edge of the stage and busy daydreaming while looking down at her feet.
And there was the man that I shot at his left shin, he was being treated by the 'medics' by the side of the yard.
So, when I stepped into the yard, all eyes were focused on me. But I ignored them and just kept walking towards the bus. But as I was passing Souichiro and Yuriko, I stopped.
"Your daughter saw what had happened... Lucky that she doesn't hold any hatred to any of you, but she was disappointed tremendously by both of you. But she was thankful that you've taken care of her in the past.
"You, who joined up to become a group because of your beliefs, morals, goals are the same. But be aware that your goals, beliefs, and such will change in this apocalypse as time goes on. But as I was walking towards the bus, someone screamed from afar.
"The zombies breached the barricade! We need to run!" shouted the man as he ran to the entrance of the gate. Obviously, this made the survivors, Souichiro's men, Souichiro, and Yuriko panicked, but Souichiro took a step back and controlled his emotion. Then he tried to control the situation.
"People, please don't panic, we'll get through this! Close the gate! Defense unit, get to your position, don't let the dead ones in!" he shouted. Of course, I didn't know what make the barricade to be breached, as they used cement walls for the barricade.
Then the gate was closed and on the horizon, only zombies could be seen. Of course, I started thinking what had made the zombies came here. First, might be because I revved the R33 LM, but the Rika's apartment was on the other side of the city, so it should be crowded with zombies there, but not here.
Second possibility, someone led them here, which was the most realistic possibility, as zombies were highly reactive when it came to sounds. But who, who brought them here. Then I saw a vivid a dirty suited man with messy hair and broken glasses walking at the front of the pack, it was a human, it was Koichi.

"Alex, what should we do?" Ray shouted. All the men and Gryuu's group had already aiming their rifles at the zombies, but they were waiting for my order.
"Alex, please save them!" shouted Saya from the bus. I then looked at Souichiro and Yukiro, both of them were looking at me. Souichiro didn't show anything from his eyes, but Yukiro, she was pleading in her eyes. So, I shrugged my shoulder as I was carrying Rei at my arms.
Well, since she loved Souichiro for his fucking 'manliness', I'll show why my people gave their loyalties and lives for me.
"Well, Rei, can you let go of me? Need to save these people after all." I said. Rei then looked up at my face and clutched my white T-shirt a little harder. She then pulled herself up and kissed me.
I was surprised, as this kind of pace was too fast. 2 days of interactions, she already had the courage to kiss me.
"Fweet!"
"Nice, boss!"
"Damn!" my men reacted as they saw Rei kissed me. Of course, they didn't care about what was happening, as they could easily kill them, and these people were no one to them.
She then parted her lips and let go of me and stood in front of me. she wasn't flustered, but she was smiling happily.
Of course, there were people that were jealous, as Rei kissed me.
"That was... unexpected, but why now?" I said.
"I... just felt it was the right time," she replied.
"Then from now on, you are my woman, mine alone," I said as I unsheathed my katana. I then looked at the gate.
"Weapons free! Kill anything that moves! To top it off, we'll have a barbecue after this!" I shouted. Then the military personnel started opening fire on the zombies that were still haven't reached the gate yet. First to die, Koichi, who was leading the pack and carrying the radio.
"I'll show you, why I'm entitled as a God," I said as I looked at Rei. I then lowered my stance and my katana as well. I tightened my legs' muscles, back's muscles, arms' muscles, then kicked the ground.
Instantly, time stopped, yet it was still going very, very slow. Everything was standing still, the world was silent. I was faster than light, no, I was even faster than light. It would be like Quicksilver, but I was faster.
I slashed the gate to bits of dust and kept running towards the horde of zombies. Koichi was still standing, alive, at the very front of the zombie horde. And so, I stood before him, examining him thoroughly.
There was blood all over his body, and it smelt so bad, so I presumed that it was zombie's blood. The blood had already dried out, but the smell was so bad. I then touched the suit and flapped open the suit, there were organs, intestines, kidneys, and such.

I then killed the zombies within 10 meters radius, using Fire Magic.
When the zombies were dead, but still standing, I embedded my left arm to Koichi's chest and blood just splattered all over my arm. I then gripped his heart.
Time was still stopped, the world was still silent. No scream, groans of the zombies, cries, or anything. I closed my eyes and released a sigh. I then continued the time to pass my message to him.

Koichi coughed blood at my white T-shirt, and he looked down at his chest. He then dropped the radio that he was holding and gripped both of my arm, trying to remove my arm from his chest.
"Aaa... Aaa~!" he groaned soaredly as he coughed more blood and tears rolled from his eyes.
"Pass my greeting to your dear mother, Koichi," I said. Then I tore his heart out of his chest and took a step back. Koichi, who had his heart taken by me, covered the hole on his left chest with his both hands and looked up at me. He then reached out his hand to me.
"Aaa...Aaa~," he groaned as he walked towards me weakly while reaching out for his heart. Step by step, he walked, but he suddenly fell to the ground. And for the last time, he raised his chin and hatred filled his eyes.
Then, the hatred in his eyes dissapeared and his head slumped to the ground, dead.
