Chapitre 293: Raced in Fear

Elaine broke away from the brief kiss. With Beau staring straight into her purple eyes, he couldn't help but ask a question.

"Do you mean it?" he asked, breaking her out of her stupor. "You like me?" he added, making Elaine nod slowly as she averted her gaze from him.

The girl sat down properly, Beau fixing his posture to properly talk to the girl with him. His heart was also racing when he remembered what she said. Now that he confirmed it directly with her, his face turned red.

Beau knew that a lot of girls liked him. He got confessions every now and then, but none of them had actually gotten his attention. So with him liking Elaine that is why he couldn't push it with some other girls, did Elaine really mean that she likes him?

"Are you... certain?" Beau gave her a serious smile then he cupped his chin with his hands, as he stared intently at the girl. "I want to hear your answer again. Do you really mean it?"
