Finn wasn't given any information about what was happening the entire time Carmen was in the emergency room despite filling out the paperwork with all of her fake information perfectly and he was about one step away from straight up killing the woman behind the desk. It would be so easy but would ruin his alias and he couldn't do that. Not when the woman he loved was so happy with the life they were trying to build together.
