It was early in the morning, the sky was still a mixture of blue and yellow, a typical dawn inviting a new day. My wounds are fine, and my "stuff" was also sewn by Charlotte. To make things simple, I'm ready for another meeting with my fellow operatives towards our goals we move forth. After knowing Team Galactic was able to capture Uxie, we figured it was time to stop procrastinating and use our information we have so far for our goals.
Gathered in a round table at our dining room, the eight of us were like knights, planning our next steps to not only get rid of our enemies but to make sure their success is ours for the taking. Today's meeting was more of an informal board meeting for with this talks of opinions, there was a bit of laughter and fun to make this less boring.
"All we know so far is Arceus brought three deities into being, one is Palkia, the deity of space, the other is Dialga, the deity of time, and Giratina, the deity of matter and anti-matter. Because of its rage and violence, Giratina is said to be banished to another world neither we nor the rest had been to. Our goal is to focus on Dialga and Palkia, not minding Giratina so with the use of Lake Guardians we ought to create the red chain.
But to do this, we must extract the red jewel-like figures in their upper forehead. Team Galactic's tactic is to disturb the trio by either bombing it or causing an outburst of seismic waves to interrupt them. Once they are awakened, they are then captured with either a cage or net. Team Galactic also has profound technology like their paralyzing guns.
Everything we know about them is minimal. They have four commanders, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Charon. Luna encountered two. There are three Elite Operatives, Venus, Pluto, and Titus. One is said to be captured by the Pokemon International Police already." Zeal was given the honors to summarize everything so far.
"Well, not to brag, Team Rocket is more advanced but we can't just demand a ship of equipment to Sinnoh. We have to work with what we have, and that is our Pokemon." Copper had some doubts, Oliver seemed to concur with his head continuously nodding slowly, arms wrapped around himself.
"Leave the technology to us!" then came the twins who lied their opinion with confidence.
"Okay, we have a science department. Luna and Zeal are fighters, I do the hacking, you guys spy on people. How can we use that in obtaining the lake guardians?" Charlotte spoke.
"Like the twins said, they're up to the technology part of our plan. Meanwhile, we have Luna and Zeal who could be in charge of capturing the Lake Guardians. As for me, Copper, and Oliver, we'll do the spying." Vizion's words supported Charlotte's.
Our plan was discussed precisely, not stone left unturned as we made sure every single conflict and problem that may arise is identified and we have a solution for each of them. Our main problem only is the operatives and commanders of our enemies. Cyrus is not much of a deal since he remains a coward for the time being. Well, that's on my perception.
My mind was loafing around while these gentlemen and gentlewomen in front of me discussed their opinions. Meetings are not my forte, and it would be better if I just listen quietly or let my mind float around for a moment. Because of this, I heard unexpected squeaking in the ceiling.
I was disturbed, though my face did not show obvious signs of it as I prepared to listen to what was happening in the discussion table. The squeaking kept getting louder as if it was getting closer to me but from above. Then, the further these squeaking sounds severed gave my face a disturbed expression.
"Luna? Is anything alright?" Zeal started to notice my face, staring at the ceilings from time to time.
"N-no, probably my ear's glitching," I responded, though I was addressing how undisturbed I am, my words were emitted in a way it showed I was disturbed.
"Really? You seem to be disturbed." Zeal lifted one of her eyebrows.
"No, no, it's nothing really," I uttered with a soft tone, still staring up, and finally, gotcha, I caught the eyes of someone. An intruder? Perhaps, but after seeing me the woman was stunned as she fell from the ceiling to the ground.
It gathered all of our attention, as her cape covered her entire body when she fell. Copper had the guts to say something, well we know it was sarcastic, "So, is she alive or dead?"
The cape looked familiar, and the only woman I know who has a cape is no other than Zinnia. Had she come to intervene or eavesdrop us? And why in such an unexpected timing? Well, the eight of us were alerted completely and we waste no opportunity of letting her escape.
