Chapitre 202: Appearance

It was Killa who spoke. His voice now full of awe and reverence, more so than they have ever been. And so were the others. The daemons who followed her were all on their knees, their heads lowered. Not daring to look her in the eyes.

There were many murmurs in the crowd. The sound of sniffles and tears falling was filling Lilith's senses. She could tell that they were crying their eyes out. Their heartbeats told her how they were also anxious and excited. 

Before Lilith were four people. They were not the representatives. Rather, they were her guardians.

Killa, Scarface, Luck, and Eve. The four daemons who appointed themselves as her guardian. A group not recognized by her but instead by the Village. These four were as much anchors as the representatives.

These four kneeled with their heads pressed on the ground. Their bodies, bandaged and bruised.
