Chapitre 2: Chapter 2
After hearing what the voice had to say he knew that he wouldn't know when, where or who he would be born as and he couldn't decide for himself. Taking this into account he knew that his wishes would have to cover him completely in the event he is born a commoner or worse yet a slave in the Free Cities. As he thought about it he knew that at the very least he had to know how to fight, remembering the series he knew that if he couldn't defend himself then he was fucked and there'd be no future for him. So he knew that his first wish would have to be along the lines of either gaining the completely mastery of martial might or a godly talent at it to help him along his path.
With the first wish sorted he moved on, he thought about what he would need when he arrived in GOT. He knew that if he was born a commoner or a slave then he wouldn't be able to get access to vast amounts of wealth and that opportunities would be far and few so he would need to create his own and what better way that mind compulsion. He decided he would get the ability from TVD and be able to compel people into doing what they needed to.
With his second wish done and being one that would significantly reduce a lot of problems he moved on to the more magical problems he could possible face while living his new life so he decided he would wish for high nature and magical affinity so as to make him more appealing to dragons and to be able to use magic to further his goals in life.
He knew since he would ask for both nature and magical affinity then that would mean dragons would find him more appealing and he should be able to tame them much like the Targaryen's did and the Dragon Queen will. So why not have a few of his own then. So he decided he would ask for 3 dragon eggs that when hatched will have absolute loyalty to him and he will be able to communicate perfectly with. He figured since Daenerys would have 3 then so should he, one for himself and the other 2 for his would be sworn shields that would protect and serve him to his dying day.
When he thought of all the wishes he would ask for he couldn't help but be proud knowing that with his wishes there are few situations he could be born in that he wouldn't be able t climb out of and make a life for himself. But like all those novels he read in his past life he knew what he would use his last wish to ask for. A system. Every protagonist needed one and he would ask for on that would keep track of his progress with his various skills, help administrate his territory and forces and territory of influence as well as buy anything he would need that would give him a further advantage than others
Going over the wishes he would ask for he couldn't be happier with himself as he had covered everything he possible could that would keep him safe and ensure that he could rise above others and give himself a good life in the cut throat world he was going to. With his wishes ready he focused on the void and called out to the void. "I'm ready, I have my wishes in order and am ready to make full use of you." The voided responded back with some mirth in its voice, "Yes, I can see you are ready indeed and seem to have made sure that no matter what you wouldn't die early. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't impressed but then again I would expect nothing less from you."
The soul thought over the voids words and couldn't help but confront it, "You know I heard you say something about me having a great future and all and I know I dismissed the idea but what are you talking about?"
The void for the first time was surprised by the question as it had assumed that the soul would have no interests in its lost future so it asked, "Do you truly wish to know of the future you missed out on due to your haste to be rid of the inferiority you felt in comparison to your family?"
The soul thought for a while before answering with a helplessness and sadness that was deep and dark, "I don't give a fuck about what I missed out on I just want to know why was I so useless when compared to everyone else. Why did I have to be the disappointment?"
A deep and heavy sigh was heard in the void before the voice spoke once again, "In truth it was all to prepare you. To make you grow and be strong and unwavering in your dedication to prove yourself and cut ties with anything that could hold you back."
'Was my future so great that I had to lose the love of my family and be faced with scorn and disappointment my whole life, would it have been worth it?' was all the soul could think when it thought of what the void had said.
A long heavy silence took over as the soul sunk deep into its thoughts. After a long silence the soul finally spoke, "I guess it doesn't matter anymore. I'm ready to make my wishes and be sent off."
The void responded without a trace of emotions, "Speak your wishes."
"Okay, my first wish is to have god like talent for war and martial prowess. My second wish is to have the vampire ability of compulsion that they have on The Vampire Diaries and there to be nothing that can block or prevent it. My third wish is to have high nature and magical affinity with all possible advantages and no disadvantages, if possible. My fourth wish is to have 3 dragon eggs that when hatched will be absolutely loyal to me, I also want it so that I can communicate perfectly with them. And my final wish is to have a system that has the basic functions of any system and should be able to track of my progress with various skills, help administrate my future territories and forces and territory of influence as well as buy anything I would need that could give me a further advantage over others."
"Your wishes are acceptable however concerning your first wish you will be given supreme grade talent for war and all it entails which include swordsmanship, bowmanship, spearmenship and strategy. Your second wish is acceptable but keep in minded that stronger willed people will be able to resist your compulsion. And your third wish will see to it that you have a longer life span than others. In regards to being able to communicate with your dragons I'll just give you mastery of all languages."
The soul thought over the changes and limitations on his abilities and found no problem. He especially loved the last change which gave him complete mastery over all languages. "I see no problem, so am I off to live my new life now?"
"Not yet child, one final question before you go."
"What is it then?" the soul asked a bit put off now that his departure had been delayed as he found himself getting more and more excited the longer he thought about where he was going and what he could do.
The void was amused at the new found excitement that the soul had for his new life so he asked his final question of the soul, "Is there anything you would like for your new body?"
The soul didn't have to think long before he rattled off things in quick succession, "First I want be handsome as in sculpted by a god type handsome, second I want a nice big thick package down under so I can satisfy the women of my new world. Thirdly change my mentality so that I won't be disturbed by the death, murder or torture of others but make sure I don't lose my personality though."
"Done," was all the soul heard before a blinding flash sent him from the void and into the world of 'Game of Thrones'.
