Ubayashiki:"So as a half demon Haku can eat normal food ,so I'd like to help him be able to resist human flesh" he said then turned towards Haku
Ubayashiki:"Haku ,it would be extremely painful are you sure you want to do this"

then after that Iguro released Haku and the (apron mask guys) carried him and as they were about to leave ,
Ubayashiki:"Wait ,i still have something to give you, Amane ,the book"
Amane:"Here it is" she says as she hands Haku a black book
Haku:"Huh?, what's this?"
Ubayashiki:"Your mother told me ,if you ever became a demon slayer to give this book to you, it has the everything about the breath you use ,or at least that's what she told me"
Haku looked at the book and thanked Ubayashiki , while lowering his head
while being carried away Haku yelled
"Tanjiro, Nezuko stay alive okay!"

Haku was dropped of at the infirmary on a bed away from the sun
Haku:"I'm sorry Inoske"
Inoske:"Shut...up" he said with a hoarse voice
Zenitsu:"Huh? what happened between you two?"
the Haku explained everything and
Zenitsu:"WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT EARLIER! WE COULD'VE BEEN DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU!" He says then keeps yelling about what could've happened
Haku:"I'm sorry ,i wasn't in control of myself back then, you have the right to hate me" he says lowering his head
Zenitsu:"I'M NOT SAYING I HATE YOU I'M SAYING THAT A WARNING WOULD'VE BEEN GREAT!"
Haku:"Thanks Zenitsu" he says smiling
Zenitsu's face becomes red from getting complemented
Haku was worried for Tanjiro and Nezuko but since he couldn't do anything about it
Haku began reading the book given to him , ignoring Zenitsu complaining about the medicine and saw the first subject

to put it simply each user made their own forms based on their abilities

Zenitsu:"I don't know who Murata is but Inoske is right here"
Tanjiro:"Inoske! I'm glad you're all right sorry i couldn't help you!"
Inoske:"That's okay, don't worry about it"he said in a quiet hoarse voice
Tanjiro:'His voice! is that Inoske?' he thought
Zenitsu:"Apparently Haku crushed his throat"
Tanjiro:"WHAAAAAT!"
After Haku explains everything again
Tanjiro:"I see, i forgot you were half demon"
Zenitsu:"Wait! you knew!"
then they rested
and Haku began reading about the other forms and saw other forms he could use then he saw the final form
and was stomped

it is to create a temporary body connected to you and made of your blood , by feeling every part of your body through your blood, then using enemy's blood to power it up
the shape and race of the new body has to be a representation of your fighting style and has to fit your weapon as the power of the body connected to you can be used without a weapon but is much more powerful when channeled through one
the most important parts are the
1.the lungs
2.the hearts
3.the brains
4.Eyes and ears
their importance is in that order , and the brains, eyes and the ears are unneeded but it's better to have them to handle some of the mental stress
