Chapitre 188: CHAPTER 188: LEGAL WIFE

She's been pacing back and forth while waiting for Marcus to come back. She can't even help but bit her nails from anxiousness. 

Last night, she talked to him about Elisha, their other child, who died as soon as she gave birth to her. She was looking at Marcus' reactions and was surprise to see the grief painted all over his face. 

"Why didn't you tell me early?" He asked, his eyes were moistened with tears wanting to flow but seems like he was trying to control it. However, his voice failed to hide the despair that enveloped his heart upon knowing about his other child. 

"I was supposed to, but you lost your memories and now, I don't know how to tell you. I guess I was afraid because I thought you wouldn't care."
