I really enjoyed this story. the ending chapter made me so sad but the storyline and characters were well thought out.
This is a well written story that is ruined by the bad translation. The wrong gender and pronouns arent the worst of it, its the reversal of the negative statments. Saying things like Gideon is a spy secretly working to undermine the FL have absolutely no basis. There are several times where you have to change the statement (positive to negative and vice versa) cause the trasnlator did not understand the situation.
The story is so interesting that I continued reading snd finish it in a few days. The only thing I find awkward in the story line is it isn't clear how she was lost to her Master Yu after he carried away her bloodied body. She just came back in the story three years later st a hospital. How did she get there?
Excellent book, I usually get bored and skip chapters, however, not this book. Worth the coins and top up.
love your work, read four of them love it all even the unfinished one(madam your personna has collapsed). Hope all is good in your world and that hopefully you can finish that story too. I'm looking to see if I can find more of your stories because I love your writing, your characters, and the storyline are always awesome!! I enjoyed them all!!!
Love this novel! The way the author conveys the story makes it different from other novels. I hope there are more novels like this.
Loved this book! ! The whole story line is at perfect pace and always keeps you on your toes. Both FC and MC are doing their own thing. There is no deep romance but also good enough tempo with both characters. Worth the time and coins.
I think the ending is a little lacking it should been more chapter before it's end to elaborate what happens to her island and other achievements she created before the end... but anyway I cry a little 😜 and empress su is so great that I give this rating

This story is great but has the saddest last chapter ever. I cried my eyes out. The last few chapters with the main characters are a bit confusing but the story ends on a happy note. Or at least it would have if the author didn't write that last chapter. Super sad if you are an animal lover.
It's a good read but a bit confusing with all the rebirth that's going on. It kept me interested the whole time because I have so much questions. 😂 But its still a good read. :)
It's really a letdown. This book is overrated. The only reason I read this was because it has 4.8 stars which was a pretty high and reliable indication of a good book. So I read it without reading the reviews seeing it's obvious to be mostly positive. When I was reading it, I always had this urge to drop it. The translation despite being legible was confusing. The story itself and how it was written was also unclear, there are instances when you just don't get what was happening, it made me wonder if I left out some paragraphs or the translators forget to translate it, which was really not the case, it was just not well written. The characters are pretty bland and they hardly hook some interest in my reader viewpoint. So i decided to read the reviews back and then I saw how many negative reviews it has, which was unexpected seeing this was a 4.8 star novel. It really made me start hesitating the credibility of the ratings here in Webnovel. But as this was the first one so I hope this was an isolated case.
I haven't read it yet i donated 2 power stones, cause everyone in the comment section was praising it so much... hope it's worth it
You really how much this book has changed my mindset. I feel agitated all the way reading this book, till the end. Su huiqing died. I cried a lot my sister couldn't stop scolding me though she didn't really with me she knows the plot of the book because of my constant rambling, su huiqing died, I cried a lot but I knew she'd come back and she did. Thank you the author that wrote this book. I love you su huiqing, I love you. I'm crying right now as I'm reading this. I love all of you Apollo, Yu shijin, Yu xianyang, Gu li, Qu yan, chief detective, chi yue, big kisses. I'm giving this book a five star. I love you Su huiqing❤❤

i must say it is one of the best story lines i came across I successfully finished this one i must say everything about this story is super exciting..friendship, families, love, and relationships are all amazingly justified ...the bond it shows will make you feel happy and safe at the same time...no overly dramatic love story ..a simple not over the top unrealistic one. best part is the friendship it shows ... well done writer

I’ve powered through 500+ chapters so here’s my take: If you’re looking for satisfying, EPIC face slapping, this is NOT the novel for you. Considering FL/ML top notch abilities, it either took way too long, or the FL ditch the ML and “took revenge” but basically just pinch the enemy a little and didn’t settle it properly, thus providing the enemy MORE opportunities to cause MORE conflicts/drama. Other than that, FL is the epitome of SUPER DUPER LOW KEY which in terms of face slapping, sometimes her revenge is through someone else mostly her subordinates. The problem with this is cannon fodders won’t realize who they’ve messed with hence they won’t learn their lesson thus creating more unnecessary drama/conflicts. The story is written in a way that it seems all over the place, it cuts in the middle of a scene, jumps to a completely different scene and come back briefly to previous scene. There’s also lack of details, names sometimes mixed in which makes no sense on the sentence. To me it looks like author focused too heavily on describing how cool charismatic emotionless MCS are RATHER THAN the storyline. Basically this novel has MUCH POTENTIAL it’s a pity the writing... could be better? And conflicts are mostly fillers which could totally be AVOIDED, BUT I love the author works MYHBU is one of the best novels out there🙌

just completed reading the story, chapter jump from one to another ,no sense of continuity, bored at one point of time, lagging, started out very interestingly but struggled to complete the story...

All in all this was a good read. There were quite a few grammatical errors but not too many to ruin the flow of the story. there are a few gaps in story and background. But enough drama and comedy to make me return to the end.
I find this book too messy....like its just confusing. The story line is not clear and Understandable. I’m not sure if there’s any Plot developments, everything is just happening At once . While the Ml and Fl are very boring ,their Interactions are too cold and without life . Couldn’t even read pass hundred chapters.. Smh 🤦♂️🤦♀️
though I loved reading this novel but I also felt frustrated as clearly some of the parts felt missing esp the interaction scenes of ml and FL
To be honest my feelings are mixed. I genuinely enjoyed reading this novel and can name many great moments but I can also name a few things which didn’t quite make sense or were left hanging. If you like stories with strong FLs and MLs you’ll like this novel but be warned. Despite it being a ‘love story’ there isn’t a lot of romance. Throughout the FL seems quiet distant and doesn’t express much emotion towards ML and the general trend in the romance is he just rarely kisses her and we don’t really see their love for each other except for maybe the last few chapters
