"Is he going to be fine?" Ellie asked Mia. 

Mia looked at the little girl's face closely. She had probably cried a year's worth of tears in just one night. She felt guilty even though she knew none of it was her fault. At this young age, Ellie had seen the dark side of society and the elites. 

Even though Jeremy had assured his little sister that none of it was her fault before he stormed into his bedroom and locked himself out, Ellie did not stop blaming herself. 

She smiled and tried to comfort the little girl. "Your brother is strong. This is nothing to him." 

She sniffed. "He... didn't look so strong inside the car earlier." She said, reminding Mia of how Jeremy had cried. 

Mia looked in the direction of the rooms and sighed. "He will be fine." 

"After mummy died, the only time I've seen Jeremy sad to the point of crying is usually related to Chloe. Is that what love is supposed to be like?"
