After several hours of reading and grading, I moved on to progress reports the elders demanded be sent out. I graded each of them fairly and once I finished with that I spoke to my lawyers at Frosthaven. They'd managed what I wanted done at a manageable price considering it all and now I owned the block the manor sat on.
That is to say, I owned the rectangular chunk of land and houses that was surrounded by street roads. Both the manor and the houses behind the manor facing the opposite way from end to end.
It'd cost me a solid hundred million because a few saw the signs and decided to hold out until the offer was to good to pass up. I could care less about the money though as I'd paid them such high prices to move out immediately.
The house elves were putting up a double layered privacy fence all around it all as the muggle repelling and notice me not charms on the fence kicked in. With the amount of money I was paying my lawyers and through them, the city, things were smithed over very glossily legal wise.
Even the home owners association couldn't speak out as I'd bought so many homes my rights amongst them would be absolute when it came to this neighborhood. The elves had the detailed changes I wished to implement and were working on it at the moment. As they were bound to my magic and technically my soul, they were the exception to my father's rule and could come and go into my realm without hindrance.
By the time the sea fog started blowing in several weeks later, most of the houses behind the privacy fence were gone. The elves had to work slower as not to expose magic to others, especially since inspector Sheridan still hadn't let things go and was staking out the manor.
I'd spent my free time either with Phoebe and Pandora or in my training room, making up for lost time. My mind had settled and the realities I'd built became more elaborate. With so much time on my hands I'd even begun training my body while I meditated with the room's gravity effects.
While my body constantly went under great strain and repaired itself, I strengthened my mind and the maze of creatures, places and things I made as distractions, defenses and elaborate false memories meant to slow or even cripple my attackers. At the very least it would wear a god down just trying to get through it all.
When Phoebe mentioned going with Piper to steal from the museum, I'd reminded her of her connection to my cool powers and sat beside the old and weakened Paige. I grabbed her arm and infused her with pure life force, reversing the aging process and what'd been done to her before sighing as the curse kicked in again and I severed the link between her and my life force.
I told her. "Sorry I can't do more but the curse will eventually age you again. It's a wound not just on your body but on your soul as well. I've given you more time for your sisters to figure it all out."
She sighed. "It's ok, thanks for doing what you can."
I stilled before sighing. "Don't worry, if nothing else I can make you immortal with a golden apple. It'll break the power of three before I make you mortal again is all. It's a whole process but suffice it to say you'd be healed. If your sisters were here I'd so it now but since they're not, if I broke the power of three now they'd be in danger."
She looked surprised. "You can just take away immortality? Just like that?"
I nodded. "Yup. What I can give, I can also take away. If I took away Prue's immortality right now there'd be the power of four to contend with. Unfortunately that's a big no-no to the grand design and your powers would all be fluctuating, trying to adjust themselves. Each of you would be nearly godlike. Piper could in theory freeze the whole state, Prue could topple skyscrapers with a thought, Phoebe would be able to adjust the future and fly, you'd be able to move buildings around like a giant chess board and things would get wonky."
Her eyes went wide and I chuckled. "That's just the beginning. Now you understand why the elders and demons wouldn't want you to have that kind of power?"
She nodded. "I guess I can understand the demons but the elders-"
I waved her off. "The elders are the ones limiting the growth of your powers to increments. They fear that giving you too much power to soon could make it go to your heads. What they forget though is that it's not their powers to begin with. They're yours by birth and right of family. The elders have no real control over who gets what power unless they take it and force a change. In actuality they guide you and tell you what to do because they think their way is best. Demons would do the same for their own gain as well."
Paige asked. "So wait, the powers are ours? I figured they were just given to us by the elders when we reconstituted the charmed ones."
I snorted. "Hardly. The powers were yours all along. That's why you could orb or Wyatt and the other babies can use magic even now. It's apart of who they are. In the end it's the elders and demons who've been using witches all along. The grand design, well, let's just say it's predominantly there to use witches as fuel for their own agendas."
"Magic isn't bound to concepts like good or evil, they've just managed the flow because they found the source of it before anyone else, or almost anyone else anyways. Witches found it first but the ones who predated the elders and demons banned together and fought the couple who found the source of magic. It was a bloody battle and in the end they barely won. Witches became their link to magic, to the source of it, and from then on they've been used as fuel for this great engine of power that feeds on them called the grand design."
Paige frowned. "But where were the whitelighters then?"
I sighed. "Whitelighters were created by those that named themselves elders later on. At first there was a discussion about what whitelighters should be, either warriors to fight the demons and forces of evil, or guides and advisors to the witches. You can guess the outcome. In the end whitelighters were made from the spirits of the dead who were deemed good in life, blessed by a dose of what I like to call mind altering energies to program them into doing the elder's bidding."
"It's how they found themselves answering so loyally to the elders and not questioning them all this time. Those that came before, the old ones, retired and hid themselves as they declared new generations of elders and they sealed away their demonic counterparts, leaving only the demons who like the whitelighters, were human souls corrupted to their cause. The old ones were left to feed on the powers both sides gained from the conflict as witches and mortals became their main source of nourishment."
I stood up. "It's taken me a very long time to figure out what happened and now I know. You know as well so I'll ask that you keep it to yourself. Use your Occlumency and seal this knowledge away."
Paige frowned. "Aren't the elders listening?"
I shook my head. "No, I've cloaked our whole conversation."
She sighed. "What about the fairies and other creatures?"
I smiled. "They are natural beings of magic, they're not from the elders or demons. They were just drawn into the conflict as they came to be naturally. They are in essence how magic affects nature but in the end like the witches, they became more nourishment for the machine."
Paige frowned. "What's the point of it all? I mean, what's this machine you're talking about and what does it really do?"
I sighed. "It feeds on magic, trying to resurrect something ancient and powerful. I can't say more without putting you and your sisters in danger but suffice it to say it's nothing good and I intend to stop it. I think the elders sense my intentions or suspect them and that's why they've chosen to distrust me."
Paige rolled her eyes. "A smart move on their part."
I chuckled. "Indeed. But it won't stop me when I'm ready. I'll find those hiding in the shadows and feeding on the grand design. Once I do, it will be the beginning of the end for all elders and demons. The whitelighters will become mortals who have their abilities still but everything else about the design will crumble and fall. Witches will take their place as they were meant to, serving magic and nature. Instead of listening to elders and demons."
Paige frowned. "What will happen to the humans and magicals?"
I smiled. "Nothing. The fairies and other magicals can continue to help humanity as is their nature and humans, so long as the magicals aren't found out, will never have to know a thing. Eventually those that are lucky enough will evolve and humanity will become ready to understand that magic exists."
"Some will want to exploit it to be sure and others will use fear mongering to their beliefs and advantages, but so long as witches stand strong and united, the humans will accept them as another minority, albeit unique. Humans can learn to wield magic after all. They've been steeping in it, as has this whole planet. It will eventually turn them into an entire magical world. And some day, they'll adventure out into the stars themselves and spread out to new worlds. Truly bringing life to the cosmos."
Paige smiled. "That sounds like a dream come true."
I smiled sadly. "It is a reality, I'll make it so. Now, why don't you rest. Your sisters will have it all handled soon."
I tapped her forehead and hummed as I sealed and possibility of others reading her mind for that information. When I was done, I summoned a blanket and put it over her before leaving her there. I flame traveled to where I sensed Phoebe and Piper were and found them surrounded by pirates.
I snapped a finger, turning all the pirates to dust. "There, much better."
Piper frowned. "What did you do?"
I sighed. "For the crew, I set their spirits free. They were bound to the captain and since the captain was cursed and immortal, they were forced to serve him for eternity. I just vanquished him and the rest followed."
Phoebe asked. "What about Paige?"
I pointed to the fountain. "It's the fountain of youth. It's powers of eternity can be used to heal her soul and return her youth to her. It won't make her immortal or eternally youthful as the powers will be used for healing the injury to her soul."
Phoebe went over to the fountain and Piper did the spell to activate the fountain. "With these offerings,
I call on thee,
Goddess of fertility.
Rise now, show us the truth,
Give us the gift of eternal youth."
When it was done filling the goblet, I took the fountain away, into my inner world and put it at the base of my world tree. As the spell had been said to activate it already, all it needed now was magic to power it and magic my inner world had in spades.
It began pouring the eternal waters out like a great geyser and flooding the area but my tree soaked it up and it became a vicious cycle as the golden apples and the power fruits on the tree grew more potent.
Piper asked. "Where did it go?"
I smiled. "Where no living soul will find it again. I've hidden it away where no one can get to it without my permission."
Piper asked. "What do you want with it?"
I rolled my eyes. "I'm already immortal and my appearance doesn't matter that much to me. I'm using it to water a tree if you must know."
Phoebe smiled. "Must be one special tree."
I nodded returning her smile with my own. "It is. So, you ready to see your sisters or what?"
"Hold it right there!"
Inspectors Sheridan and Morris came came over and I sighed. "Well that's annoying."
The inspector fell as a shot rang out, then an FBI agent I vaguely recognized came over as he showed it was just a tranq gun he'd used. I erased Inspector Sheridan's memories and sighed. "Let's go, it seems agent boy and Inspector Morris have it here, ooh treasure!"
I waved a hand and took all the treasures in the cave. Darryl asked. "Aren't you going to erase his memories or something?"
I shrugged. "Don't need to. He's known about the supernatural all his life. That's a bit too much to erase."
I turned to the FBI agent. "You'd be wise not to make it a habit of showing up in witch business. Mortals don't fair well against demonic enemies or other entities, as well you know."
He gulped and asked. "Are you reading my memories?"
I rolled my eyes. "Hardly, you're projecting your thoughts. The entire time I've been getting the deluxe package of all your near misses with the supernatural like cable television. You really need to learn to close your mind and stop projecting. Even Darryl is better off then you, he's cold and calculating because he's learned to mask his emotions and thoughts from outward expressions."
Phoebe sighed. "Well we know one thing for sure, he's not a demon at least."
Piper asked. "We do?"
Phoebe smiled. "Damien would've vanquished him if he were. He doesn't like it when they pretend to be human and get close to me."
I took Phoebe's hand and kissed her knuckles before flame traveling her and Piper to magic school. There we found Paige re-aged back into a senior citizen. When she drank the waters of eternal youth, she wound up back as her old self.
I scanned her surface thoughts and found she didn't remember much from when she was old or locked them away for safe keeping anyway. Smiling, I went back to my training.
Another three weeks passed and I was forced to make myself scarce so that Phoebe would have the chance to earn her powers back. It involved a protection spell, an angel of death and both Paige and Piper dying but in the end both sisters were returned to life.
I did manage to cover Piper's death up by simply saying she fainted and carrying her to the car while Paige had assured them it was an expected side effect the doctors told us to look out for.
When we got her home, I made myself scarce once more and left them to it. They showed up at magic school saying Phoebe was on Death's list and I merely shrugged it off. "If she dies I'll just bring her back, the balance be damned."
Piper asked. "You can do that?"
I nodded. "I've been able to revive the dead since the alchemist who got pervy and made his own spirit sex slave died by my blade."
Phoebe spoke up. "That was years ago."
I nodded. "Yeah, and my powers have only grown since then. Bringing you back would be easier then he could do it now. I'm only limited by the time it takes for the spirit to pass on."
Phoebe said. "Great, that gives me plenty of time then."
I chuckled. "Love, even if this demon could get passed your ring and managed to kill you, and assuming you did pass on, I'd still find a way to bring you back. I cannot live without you and I most certainly wouldn't allow our daughter to grow up motherless. I'd find you even if I had to kill death itself and reverse time."
She smiled. "That's so sweet!"
I chuckled and gave her a kiss before saying. "Do what you have to and leave the mess it creates to me. I'll make sure it all turns out alright."
Piper poof'd away and Paige took Phoebe with her to plan. Paige had ended up the dead one and phoebe had gotten her powers back just in time to save her. The Elders had decided she'd earned them in their eyes it seemed. More likely they couldn't risk loosing the charmed ones so they gave her powers back when she needed them most.
After trading souls with the angel of death both sisters returned to their bodies and called it a day. I congratulated Phoebe on the return of her powers and saving her sister over a home cooked meal.
The elves had been busy building the soon to be mansion so it was rather busy around the manor as an entirely new concept was being introduced. One where all of our family would be able to live with.
One part of the mansion was the fact that it would surround a back yard of sorts and be more like a house chain then anything else. It was essentially five manors connected by a hallway of rooms that panned the block we owned and each manor sat on a corner while the Halliwell manor sat in the center over the nexus pool. The basements would be interconnected and the backyard had an Olympic sized pool and tons of playground toys and things.
It also had a patio and sidewalk all it's own where later generations could use strollers to walk with their babies inside the safety of our property. Each of the sisters would be given their own manor for each of their descendants and the Halliwell manor would become the family meeting place as well as the coven spell library.
The massive basement that was interconnected under ground would have quick travel doors to each of the manors and a potions making lab and brewery. The attic was the sanctified space for rituals as well as the main library as it was interconnected to all manors via magical doors and long hallways.
Outside in the back yard would have a garden for magical herbs of all kinds as well as a natural small forested area with only a couple dozen trees for a balance in nature and a place for magical creatures to gather if they need help. Garages spammed between the manors as the bottom floor of the great hallways and the second floors would have family photos for generations to look at in wonder.
I introduced them to magical portraits that could move and even speak if you left memory copies inside them. Piper loved the idea and insisted we get a few. I gave Prue a magically altered camera and the special dyes to make it so and left them a book on how to use it all as well as the altered spells they could use to copy memories into a portrait.
Phoebe, Pandora and I posed for several and Phoebe added a couple to the family albums. I shared the feelings and happy memories with each of portraits and got one of them put in the attic library where I built special places for the Books of shadows.
One was of Phoebe, Pandora and I and behind it, if you were approved by the two of our memories, it opened to reveal our book of shadows. Is added every spell and magic I knew to it and everything I knew about the magical world we lived in.
The second portrait was of the four sisters together. I'd taken it and it was to preserve their book of shadows and keep it safe for future generations. I'd enchanted pith portraits heavily and linked them to a secret only they and I knew about, a massive ward stone and one of the last two I had with me.
I'd enchanted it to always preserve our bloodlines and help them to keep from going rotten as well as to protect against evil. The portraits merely drew power from it so they went off different charms. Ones to prevent tampering, destruction or evil from touching them.
They also prevented lying and hiding who you really were before their eyes and no spell or power worked against them that even I could come up with. They would see our descendants well and fine.
Below the backyard, I had a vault made by myself and goblins I brought over to help. It was tied to my and the sisters bloodlines so that only family could get in or even see it. Inside I stored savings bonds, gold and jewels, as well as in an even more secret location inside, magical amulets and protection items of all kinds in case of emergency.
Billions of dollars worth of treasures and bonds sort of distracted most from the magically hidden artifact vault within the vault. It too was behind a portrait inside, one of the whole family. The password was pretty simple as the portrait housed all our memories. They'd answer to a cry for help or even something as simple as asking for protection.
Details of the hidden vault lay in the books of shadows. As it turns out my realm being sealed had no effect on the goblins as I'd isolated that part of it and so they could get in and out on their own. The same went for the werewolves as their forest was isolated to prevent them from wondering onto the magical preserve.
The vampires had been trapped inside though but then they didn't mind it much from what I could tell as they could walk in the daylight inside my realm and synthesize blood whenever they grew hungry.
And so life changed around the manor for the better I think. That is until the Elders decided to take Leo off the charmed ones account as he put it, a month after the deal with death.
A blue moon hung in the sky as I watched the girls turn into monsters akin to werewolves and tear into a whitelighter that would be replacing Leo. It happened again when they set a trap for the monsters at the manor and ended up getting caught in it after tearing into the bait. All in an effort to clear Leo's name.
The Avatars made their move and sent a possessor demon after Leo and caused a commotion as it used him to attack the other Elders. I watched with amusement while they fought and even ate popcorn right in front of them like it was a show.
The girls showed up and kicked the possessor demon out of Leo, but Odin and the others failed to see it leave and so they still attacked him. The girls interfered and I went over and healed Leo. The girls turned into beasts once more and the Elders knocked them out before Odin rounded on me. "Why didn't you help us?"
I snorted. "Because you ass clowns said I wasn't fit to run this school. Besides, I'm not one of your lackeys so you'd better well change your tone. I don't answer to you or anyone else. I meant it when I said I wouldn't interfere one way or the other."
He waved me aside saying. "Move aside then, Leo needs to be locked away."
I snorted. "He's family and he was possessed by a possessor demon. Hence the non interference from me. It was a battle of good and evil so I watched with amusement but now that he's free from the demon, he's not yours to command as you've clearly made it plain that he's a criminal in your eyes."
Odin growled. "Stand aside now!"
I flicked a wrist and blasted him across the room as I got angry. "You take that tone with me again and you'll be too damn dead to command anyone. Like I said, I don't answer to you and I most certainly ain't your bitch boy. Heal your wounded and leave them to me."
I healed up Leo and he woke up and helped me heal the sisters and cage them until the blue moon passed. I even took pity and healed the two whitelighters that were previously injured while Leo helped heal the Elders.
When they finished and all the Elders were healed, most left while Odin remained, glaring at me and Leo. I'd explained to the others about Leo's possession and even his penance in healing them and while most looked at him in pity and sorrow, a few like Odin looked at him with loathing and hate.
It was rather amusing to see if nothing else. When the sisters woke up they promised Odin they'd deal with the possessor demon while Leo and I remained behind at magic school.
When they came back talking about the new power and a floating green head, Odin changed his tune about Leo. They seemed to want him back on their side and even tried to butter up to me.
I merely rolled my eyes saying. "Just cause you don't like whomever it is doesn't mean I'll be changing my position because you decide to be less of a dick then you naturally are."
I left them there stunned mad went on my way with Phoebe. A week later Phoebe started back up at her job and I began training in earnest. My physical strength reached the yellow dwarf star stage by the time Paige came home talking about Agent Brody, or Kyle as she calls him and loosing her guardian angel.
Phoebe has whipped up a potion shed once taken at magical school to find her path again. When Leo went under Alpha and Gamma showed up asking that I not interfere in the events about to unfold.
I scowled but promised and went to magic school with Pandora, Wyatt and Chris. I watched over them there until I felt Phoebe die and minutes later Leo ascending to Avatar status. I felt him join the fold and hid myself from his new senses. The collective didn't really grow stronger from his ascension but then it didn't matter at the moment.
Leo revives Phoebe and Piper and I orbed in with the kids just after agent Brody and Paige came. I gave him a once over and asked. "Interfering in magical business not paying off for you? Maybe you should leave it to those that actually have the ability to defend themselves."
I waved a hand and healed him up while Paige rolled her eyes at me. "Whatever, it's my fault he was hurt in the first place."
I shook my head. "Actually it was his fault for calling you in on his little case to begin with. If he hadn't interfered the demon would've been dealt with without you risking your guardian angel."
He asked. "And how's that exactly?"
I smirked. "Because, I'd have killed it for it's powers later in the evening tonight. I sensed his rise in status but I was waiting until the kids were safe to act. You interfering merely cost me powers I could take from him and put everyone in danger with your foolishness."
Her frowned. "You take demon powers? You sound awfully similar to the avatars the demon mentioned. They're the big threat."
I smirked. "The avatars can't hold a candle to what I am boy. Careful that I don't shatter your frail mortal mind by showing you what that is."
Paige shoved us apart and said. "Enough. There will be no shattering of minds and Kyle, Damien is not an avatar! He's my brother in law for Christ sake and he only uses his powers to keep us safe."
Kyle snorted. "A lot of good that did!"
I growled and shifted, turning into an eight foot beastly werewolf form and roared in his face, shaking the house. The barriers in place to prevent sound from getting out shook. Phoebe was beside me in an instant, pulling me back and telling Paige. "It's time to take your friend home Paige, that struck a nerve and he's only causing problems being here now."
She turned to Piper and Leo. "Can you watch the kids, he needs to run and blow off steam and I'll need to be there so he doesn't hunt Agent Brody down instead."
They nodded and she turned back to me saying. "Catch me if you can."
She ran out and shifted at the back door into her wolf form. I lumbered after her and out the house, fully shifting and giving chase. I heard Kyle asking. "What the hell is he? Some kind of demon or werewolf?"
Paige's voice answered. "He's a wizard, sort of like we're witches but he's also a natural shape shifter who learned to turn into animals. That was his partial transformation and not something to take lightly. You must've really pissed him off, we need to go because she wasn't kidding. He's more animal than even Phoebe is while in wolf form. I'll explain more-"
I cut off my hearing them and focused on the white wolf i was chasing. I gave in full throttle and caught her easily, letting my instincts guide me and sooth the primal part of me that needed to understand my mate wasn't dead. Vigorous howls and grunts left the scarce forest as a beastly growl of satisfaction followed.
Throughout the evening it continued until we left the forest both smiling and cleaned with magic. Even the dirt on her hands and knees was gone by now. When we got to the back door I told her. "Why don't you take your sisters to the club and I'll watch the kids. You deserve a night out of relaxation and fun with your sisters and Leo sure could use it from the day he's had."
She sighed. "Are you sure?"
I cupped her cheek saying. "After what just happened, you've earned a break from me and my needs. I'll always want you love, but you can have fun without me on occasions to. Besides, I'm just going to read them bedtime stories and sing a bit after feeding them. Once they nod off I'll put shields and barriers around their rooms after tucking them in and see about joining you all later."
She kissed me saying. "Your the best."
I shook my head and returned the kiss with my own before releasing her. "No love, you are."
She told her sisters what she had planned for the evening and I took care of the kids before joining them a couple hours in. A couple days later a Gnome teacher named Mr. Monkeyshines was found dead after trying to pass off a banned book list.
When I picked up the book in question that had led to his death, Crossed Double-Crossed, I told Paige. "This is the culprit. It's a portal to another reality, one that has a student inside it from the feel of the connection. Mr. Monkeyshines was probably shot there and the book returned him back to his original reality. I'm gonna go in and retrieve the student, you wait here and get your sisters if I don't come out."
I opened the book and read about the Gnome's death. The book shines and pulled me through the portal. Smiling when I got to the other side I flexed my magical muscles and realized I only had what magic I have inside me to use as I wish. The rest was cut off from me.
My eyes shined and I flame traveled across the black and white world, tearing the three giant diamonds out of the ground and draining it's diamond, gold and other natural resources I wanted including finding the city of gold and all the missing treasures and wonders of this world.
I'd used up only a small portion of my magic by the time I returned to the city and found the student in question. I told him coldly. "While it's a fair bit of magic you've used to create the portal to this world, it's int the end, still only what a student can posses. Grab the falcon and break it so that we can leave or I'll forcefully pull you through the portal and collapse it. Two people have already died because of your creation, your brother and a teacher at magic school. Not to mention you've been here for twenty years already."
He was clearly shocked, but the man behind the desk asked. "You know where the falcon is?"
I made his mouth disappear and nailed him to the ceiling before telling the kid. "You may have thought him a friend but he's the one that killed your brother and is responsible for the teacher's death. He can stay like that until the police get here now do as I said."
Eddie went to the wall safe and pulled out a black falcon. The man on the ceiling struggled but it was in vain as Eddie broke the falcon, ending the connection to this world and spitting us out of the book that caught fire when we left it.
Paige was shocked and so was her sisters as they weren't expecting us to pop out it seems. I told the kid. "Leo can take you to your parents but magic school will welcome you back if you'd like to continue your education."
He nodded and I tossed him a diamond the size of a fist. "Keep it. I emptied several diamond pockets and gold mines in that world before finding you. I'm not one to waste a perfect opportunity. Keep it as a souvenir or sell it, that's up to you."
I left them in a flash of green flames and entered the family vault where I deposited all the loot except the three soon to be ward stones. Two weeks later I felt Leo connecting to my powers unknowingly and using the collectives magical energy supply to reverse time.
While I was amused, the rest of the collective was not and I wasn't about to pay the energy back that he'd used. The next morning I felt Alpha and Beta arrive while I was in the shower.
I finished showering saying. "You can speak freely. No one but us can hear inside."
Alpha sighed. "We'd like you to monitor Leo. He's going to tell Piper he's one of us. If anything happens we'll have to reverse time once more, weakening the collective."
I turned of the water and stepped out, not caring about modesty. "I'll watch but I won't interfere. Neither are you to tell him about me either. I've cloaked myself even in the collective, from his senses. To him I'm just one of the others that he draws power from. I'll give back half the power he needs if you're to reverse time once more, that's all even I can afford if we're to go through with the great change."
Alpha nodded and Beta sighed. "That's more than what we could've hoped for. What is your condition?"
I smiled and wrapped a towel around myself while drying my hair. "You're to have the sisters and Leo use my blades and more specifically my power to absorb powers when they do the clean up. The sisters can borrow the blades while Leo uses my powers. That way when all is said and done, all the demon's powers will go to me to assimilate and be added to the collective."
Beta nearly snorted but Alpha agreed. "So be it."
I nodded. "Oh, and if any other avatar or person demonic or not touched my blades, they'll steal their like and suck in their powers for me. They are apart of me after all, so be warned."
Beta frowned but Alpha nodded seriously. "I'll warn the others."
I smiled. "Good, then I'll join with the collective under a disguise when it's time to implement our plans."
The nodded and faded away while I got dressed. I watched Leo with my senses from my training room as I strengthened my body to prepare it for what's to come. When Kyle learned of Leo being an avatar from Paige, he went to get his avatar killing potion to kill him.
Shit went down quickly. Agent Brody shot Paige with a tranquilizer dart, held a gun on Phoebe and threatened to kill her when Leo and Piper showed up. Piper told him. "You've screwed yourself now buddy. Even if you manage to kill an avatar Damien is going to hunt you down and roast you alive."
I orbed in next to Piper. "Did you need something-"
I turned and growled. "Lower your gun or lose the arm, this is your only warning."
He flinched and said. "Call the avatars or I shoot her and kill Leo."
I snapped my hand and moved faster than he could see, ripping his arm off. He screamed flailed, tossing the potion and breaking it near Leo while he held the stump that was where his arm had once been connected to.
Phoebe screamed and Leo got dosed with the potion.
