Based on the information that Boss Kent had received from the female slave which is actually named Charlotte; the underground dungeon she was located at is located somewhere around the east of the Commander's Palace.

Charlotte had specifically stated that the moment she arrived at the Commander's Palace, she was then brought by Commander Decker along with Young Master Denver to a ravine located at the east. She doesn't really know the exact location where, since Commander Decker had used a Teleportation spell, but she can see from her location the moment she arrives at the entrance of the underground dungeon the sea at her left and the Commander's Palace at her right.

This was actually also another reason why Leo had chosen to go to the East Barracks first before starting the rescue mission because it is near the location of the underground dungeon.
